Leo was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time. He texted 30 minutes before arriving as he promised (trust me many people say they will but don't) and performed his job thoroughly and carefully, making sure everything works and patiently answering all my questions throughout. Didn't try and upsell me on anything, and was able to fix my leaks efficiently. Highly recommended!

People.. If you stumble upon this review and are lucky enough to have Leon and Arsen do your work? You don''t need me.. but while you are here.. I have to tell you.. The BEST service, price and promises kept I've ever experienced (33 year real estate appraiser). I have a unique situation where I had to move a family member into my home and needed to convert a basement to a bath for her. I talked with multiple plumbers who did not seem to understand my needs. Leo got it first visit. He knew what needed to be done, asked me about options and did EXACTLY (no add ons or frills later) what my family needed. He showed up in a driving rainstorm.. Set up his van with a tent so he could work.. and showed me what he was doing every step of the way. NEVER did he not show up to an appt. Folks... this is the way a company and a great technician should run a business. They were so friendly and I am completely satisfied. So satisfied that if any of you want to contact me, send a response and I will be more than happy to show you the work. If I could give 10 stars I would. I needed good honest help and God bless us, we got just that. I have another larger project and as soon as I get funding, I will be calling Leo for a bid. In addition, as a professional, I rarely refer anyone to service industry people, because it has a way of backfiring..?? I have no hesitation here.. It may sound candy coated and too good to be a non partisan review of a stranger, but they deserve it, and I truly just met them on line looking for a quote. You would be wise to give them a call.

The plumbers you need and the plumbers you want! Leo and his team were spot on and did everything to make sure I was happy. They respond and reply promptly and on-time. Honest and motivated to fix your problem. We had a bathtub faucet issue and Leo was able to come out and give me options I can pick from to mitigate the issue. He was clean with his work and explained every bit of it to me along with the explanations of the options I had. Hard to come by an honest hard working plumber. Prices are standard with industry but the customer service is excellent. These guys even called a week or 2 later to check up on the project!

These guys are great they came to my house on a emergency call due to a clog I had sewer water come from my shower as well as my toilets I had called two other companies ahead of them and none of them could come out earlier then tomorrow. I called 24/7 plumbing they told me they would be able to come to my house within 3 hours I was really impressed by the timeframe as well as them showing up within that timeframe. Fellow yelpers I highly recommend calling this company to have your pluming needs completed.

We had a great experience with Leo and his team. I called him to assist in updating our plumbing to install our new shower panels that we purchased for our bathrooms. Right away, Leo took the time over the phone to ask questions, and genuinely understand my situation to determine exactly what we needed. His pricing was fair, and he was able to arrange his schedule to accommodate the quick timeframe that we needed for our work. On the actual day of the install, he and his team showed up right on time, assessed what they needed to do, and got to work. It was clear they were very experienced and professionals in their work, and Leo even provided us helpful tips on how to maintain our showers long term. After the setup was complete, he came back a few days later for a follow up visit to finalize the install once our tile work was complete. He and his partner finished installing the showers, and double checked to make sure everything was installed properly. And now, we couldn't be happier with the results. I sincerely appreciated Leo's thoroughness, attention to detail, and professionalism from beginning to end. I will definitely be using Leo and his team for all my plumbing needs in the future.
