I await their reply to my query via Yelp. Week or so ago, no reply yet. Not at all ruling this firm out. We plan to hire somebody. In past Yelp listings were A+ communicators. Would like to know this firm response and why no reply.

We hired Mark to install a water Spicket and unclog the basement drain. He did such a great job. He was timely, very responsive, willing to work with your budget and really accommodating to your needs. He gives great input and advice for any and all plumbing needs you may have.

I contacted Let's Fix It for a variety of projects around my home. After having a good conversation with the guy and setting up a date for him to give a quote, the day comes and he doesn't show. We then find there is a mixup where he thought this would be a virtual walk-through. Not what we discussed, but no problem. I had another good conversation with him, sent pictures, and waited to get a quote from his company... which never came. No follow up on there part. Overall frustrating experience.

Mark is awesome! My toilet was leaking and after multiple attempts to fix it myself I called him. He answered promptly and was able to come over that same evening. He fixed it within about half an hour and explained what he did to make it stop leaking. He is super friendly and knowledgeable - highly recommended!
