We are a local, family-owned company since 1988. Our current location has been home for over 21 years. We handle all kinds of remodeling and repairs, such as kitchen and bathroom renovations, plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical services, carpentry, concrete work, and window and door replacements. After earning my Journeyman Carpenter certification at local 2203 in 1980, I started a property services company, Mid Town Property Service, due to high demand. I quickly branched out into General Contracting, which gave rise to Let's Build.
