We are a local, family-owned company established in 1988. We have proudly served from our present site for more than 21 years. We specialize in various remodeling and repair projects, from kitchens and bathrooms to plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, carpentry, concrete, and window and door installations. Shortly after I became a Journeyman Carpenter at local 2203 in 1980, I started a property services company, Mid Town Property Service, due to high demand. Soon after, I expanded into General Contracting, and that's how Let's Build came to be.
