Our business is locally owned and operated established in 1988. Our current location has been home for over 21 years. We handle all kinds of remodeling and repairs, including kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, concrete, windows, and doors. Shortly after I became a Journeyman Carpenter at local 2203 in 1980, I launched a property services business called Mid Town Property Service in response to demand. I quickly branched out into General Contracting, which gave rise to Let's Build.
