They were literally at my house for 20 minutes, 2 guys to change a cartridge. I was never told a price, the guy repairs the issue 20 minutes later I get a bill for $300.00. I am m shock, 20 minutes and a $39.99 part. I will never use these scam artists again.

For this company to get 5 stars. Something not right. Wayne was the plumber that was sent to our house he seemed very knowledgeable but hade no patients from the start when he had minor problems getting the water shut off. We Thad a simple shower leaking problem. His lack of patience show up again when he had problems getting the old part sighing and talking to himself. At 150 per hour he should be happy. Overall I was happy with Wayne's work. What made me upset. With the company is they not only charge you 150 an hour labor fee they then turn around and have 49.00 trip fee that they don't warn about when you make the appointment. I guess a 150.00 per hour is not enough ????? Buyer beware

These guys are the best... Travis and Rob did an excellent job, left the remodel job cleaner then they found it and offered excellent suggestions for how I needed to complete my project. They certainly went above and beyond. We have found our plumber for any other plumbing projects!

In the process of trying to clean up my side yard, I noticed it was WAY more wet than it should be. The more I cleaned it up, the more water I saw. This is NOT good because it's where the water line comes up from the street. I turned off the water at the main, and trenched the water away from the foundation. Since it started being LESS wet, I figured there was a leak. I called Leto and left a message. Within minutes, they returned my call and asked if I wanted someone out today. I told them """"no"""", it was too wet and would be just a mess for them. They promised to call the next morning. I was called first thing the next morning. The plumber came out and looked, and told me they needed to replace the line along the house. When I asked about the run from the meter to the house (and found out that it's MY responsibility, not the county), I asked for an estimate to replace the entire run. I was quoted a price which didn't make me cry, and told them to go for it. There were two more people to help him get the job done within less than an hour. Within 4 hours, they had replaced the whole length, from the meter to the house, buried it, installed a shut off at the house and a hose bib. They cleaned up the front yard, and as much as they could in the back (the soil was still wet and needs to dry). They were polite, professional, gave me a fair price, and were efficient. I couldn't ask for anything more. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for a job well done.

This began as a pleasant experience, LETO Plumbing came highly recommended from one of my co-workers. I called the receptionist and Steve called me back promptly. He arranged to come to my home the next Saturday at 0800. That is where the pleasant experience ended, Steve didn't show at 0800, I waited till 0900 and called the receptionist. An hour later John called me and told me that Steve passed the work to him and had not arranged a time to come to my home. At 1100 John showed up and fixed two of the three repairs, the third repair he felt was going to cost me several hours of work and it would be best to do it during the week. I agreed. The two jobs cost me $175.00, the replacement part was $16.95, for work that lasted less than one hour. The warning bells should have gone off then, but John seemed sincere and LETO was recommended. I scheduled for the following Wednesday for a 1200-500 PM repair, spoke to John on Monday and confirmed the date and time. Well, at 300 PM no John, I spoke to the receptionist, she had John call me. At 405 PM, he called me and asked to come the next day, after a discussion he was on his way. Well it is now 515 PM and no John. This is a terrible experience from a very unprofessional organization, too expensive and not reliable. I would not recommend them.

The first time I used Leto plumbing was after a horrible experience with someone else. Leto came out, found and fixed the problem at less than half what the """"other guy"""" quoted. I was impressed. Next time I needed a plumber, I called them first. Again, they were professional and did a great job. I have no reason to use anyone else!

It was the day of bad luck. My brother was installing my dog sink but an emergency took him away. Since he had to leave mid-job and lives in Virginia, I needed a last minute somewhat urgent service call. Someone in my HOA suggested Leto Plumbing. They told me they could fit me in the following morning. I was grateful. Mr. Leto himself called the same day because he found a spot and asked me he could come early. (Yes sir you CAN!) He came to my home to finish a dog sink install, during the job he discovered a leak that had begun. I was lucky he'd come early because I'd planned MANY watery projects. He and his associate were polite, quiet, efficient. They needed to think on their feet because the original install hadn't been standard. They cleaned up, and charged me. Their prices were more than fair for the labor and materials they used. If I have any future plumbing projects Leto's Plumbing will be my first choice.

I used Leto Plumbing for the first time today. I called first thing this morning and received a quick callback. I had a toilet that was leaking from the base and I could not repair it myself. Steve came out and fixed the problem and showed me that the toilet had originally not been installed correctly in the first place. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was so impressed, I spoke to the owner, Ronnie Leto about my experience. Leto Plumbing now has another happy customer. Thanks Steve and Ronnie
