Called Let it Flow to install a kitchen sink in a rental unit I own in Dayton, and he could not install it. Called again later, let him know a friend referred him to me & asked him to come and look at a serious leak in my unit. He gave me a time he was going to show up, I even gave him my tenant's # in case something came up. He was a total no-show, no phone call, no apology, haven't heard a word from him since. A shame, because I really wanted to support a small, local business.
