Called this company due to a major issue. They came the next day. To me, it seemed their proposal was extremely high because they did not want to go through the trouble to complete the work. And even though I showed them the exact location of the issue, they still went ahead and charged me the $60 for the inspection, unethical.

Awoke this morning to a flooded storage room - thought it was the water heater but found out that it was the pipes behind the water heater. Lester's Plumbing to the Rescue!! They were knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and sincere. They certainly are interested in doing the best job possible. They explained everything and went above and beyond!! Javier Delgado was the BEST! Go with Lester's Plumbing - they don't disappoint! Sure put a smile on our faces!

Living n Northgate in Keys Gate in Homestead in a home built with 1990s plumbing has proved a challenge as it is older configuration. My kitchen sink drain became sluggish. I called Lester's Plumbing, they came as soon as I called. Prompt, professional, quiet, and no nonsense. Were able to diagnose problem, Tried all methods to no avail till finally had to clean drain thru roof. All working fine now, what comes in now goes out! At the same time, they fixed my toilet to floor seal that was leaking. Suggested a further repair that might occur in the tank, discussed with husband how he could fix in future. Their quiet professionalism was a nice change, I will call with any future problems.

I'm so thankful for Lester's Plumbing. We woke to a sewage backup in our home & I thought it was the septic tank so I called for a pump-out service. After the service was completed, I still had a problem so it was recommended I call a plumber. After calling others (who said they couldn't come that day) I called Lester's. I explained that we couldn't shower, flush, wash dishes - nothing. The lady on the phone was SO nice. She got a crew to come after hours & they cleared the blockage, without an overcharge. Thank you, Lester's Plumbing! I will call you first next time.

I can't say enough about Lester Plumbing. I needed a new sink & faucet, since I have old 3"""" tile I was afraid a new drop in sink would be a mess, but Javier came to look the situation over first & assured me it would work out fine, he came & installed the stainless steel sink, faucet & garbage disposal in only a few hours, he made sure everything was perfect even the caulking around the sink is hardly noticeable even better than the original one. I couldn't believe the price, it was very very reasonable. Javier & Janie were so friendly & caring. Our next project is gutting a bathroom completely, now I know who I want to do it. My wife has called Lester's Plumbing to our house for years. I have begged her to find a new plumber due to troublesome work and sky high prices. We had a minor issue in our tub that needed repair. They came out and """"repaired"""" it but it failed a few months later. Against my wishes my wife called Lester's again in mid July 2017 to repair the same thing. Rather than admit faulty repair they charged us full rate again. Now, in March 2018, 8 months later the same thing fails again. Now, I call and ask to speak to the owner, I am not allowed to speak to the owner. I offer to allow them one more shot to get this simple repair accomplished and I'm told the owner, who won't take my calls, must come make an inspection. That inspection will not be yesterday or today but at some future date. I am handicapped and need the tub for my disability. If I were not handicapped I would have repaired this myself as it is a simple weld that keeps failing. Mind you, I have 70 year old welds in my plumbing doing quite well but the weld that Lester's Plumbing put in keep consistently failing. They lost our decades long patronage and are no longer permitted on my property. I have photos of the failed weld that I will try to post to support this review. In the end the totally unprofessional, agressive woman on the phone raised her voice at me then slammed the phone down. This is the treatment we get after decades of doing business with Lester's going back to my late fathers days. I would recommend not using Lester's Plumbing and would give them negative stars for service, price and bad attitudes if Yelp would allow me to.
