Alan P.Our Water Heater started leaking on an early Sunday, and Hefner answered our call on a Sunday and had the unit replaced on Monday. Additionally, while installing the replacement, Hefner found a defective part, and would not settle for a simple fix/repair, he took the entire unit back out and got a new one from the supplier. Very happy with the work and communication from Hefner. Highly recommend.
