Adam is FANTASTIC!!! A real gem!!
He just spent several days doing a large, emergency job at my house. He was recommended to me by an experienced HVAC contractor friend of mine who said Adam was honest, fairly priced and would do a great job for me, no matter what the problem was.
I called him and he was able to stop by later that day. After meeting him, I hired him on the spot and he arranged his schedule so that he could start right away. The job ended up being more complicated than I had hoped (aren't they always!). Adam worked diligently and efficiently throughout the entire project. I could tell he was very experienced, did top notch work, and took pride in his job. He kept me posted every step of the way, and left the house and grounds immaculate when he finished.
The icing on the cake was that he is a super nice person and a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend him every chance I get!!

Very nice customer service. Able to come out quickly, assess the problem and provide a fair price to fix. Came out the next morning and fixed everything and even helped me with another small problem. Very reliable and would recommend Adam to anyone in the area.

Came out for an emergency water line repair. Adam and his crew did a great job despite problem after problem -- hard to access location where the water line came in; ancient city water connections; water meter in a weird place; other services in the way; giant concrete pad over a main section of the line... They were able to hand dig everything and replace the line and fish it under the concrete pad all in the same day. Got our water back on quickly, and cleaned up everything nicely at the end. Adam was helpful in understanding what the complications were and what the possible options for fixing things were. Anyway, happy to have had Adam and his crew help. Would call them again for my plumbing needs in the future.

We needed to upgrade our half bath and Adam was very highly recommended to us by a friend. He did a fantastic job! We called him again this week to unclog our kitchen sink. He can handle all manner of plumbing issues. We are so glad to have found him.

Words cannot express how impressed and thankful I am with this nice man's service. My daughter used him to install all new toilets in their split level (in a single day, only a few hours!), and she knew the trouble I've gotten from plumbers in the past. When she told me he was a nice man who worked fast, I thought there had to be a catch, but I could'nt have been more wrong. Wouldn't you know, he drove all the way out from Reisterstown to help fix my water heater the day I called him. He was very comfortable to talk to and polite as could be. I couldn't tell you one bit of what went wrong with my heater, but he took one look and replaced a few things and I had hot water after only a day of going without. I was so very ready to be swindled and told I needed a new one (you know how it is) but he said he would take a look and only do what he needed to get me my hot water back and keep it back. Of course I had my doubts, but he was true to his word. I made him a ham sandwich and he was very thankful. At the end, before he left he helped fix my leaky faucet for me and we chatted while he did it. I had almost let him leave without my remembering it!

I will be calling Adam for all my plumbing help in the future. He was fast, had fair prices, and was such a nice man.
