Ron F.Replaced water heater
He showed up and knew what he was doing.
Of course the only option I had was to replace the entire water heater
But once he's in the door it became difficult for me to figure out price. He would have charged me for the time and consultation costing money that I would have to add to my final coat if I walked away and hired someone else. It's a sleazy situation. In the end the heater installed should have cost $1500 but charged me $2200.
Negotiate price up front cause the nice talk with this guy is all a scam. I figure it was $300 an hour for the labor. Won't use this guy again. Beware of the scam.
