Been using the folks for several years now. They have had every opportunity to take advantage of me, but have always given me 5-Star Service and great pricing! They say they'll call within an hour, they call in 15 minutes. The service team (most recent was Scott G), have all been fantastic; polite, courteous and informative. They serviced my AC, they told me it could be 1 of 2 things, 1 is expensive and 1 is not... after diagnosis, it was the lower cost repair! Furnace today, turns out the thermostat failed. Heck, it could have been anything and I would have never known. Just a solid honest company with solid honest service techs!

I called Leslie HVAC in the summer b/c our a/c was leaking pools of water in the basement. The technician came out and fixed it. Seemed like a quick and easy job to just unclog the pipes. The tech was very friendly and helpful and marketed the Leslie service plan to me which I pay $15/month ($180/year) which gets you a furnace cleaning 2x a year and discount on services. If you don't sign up for the Leslie plan, I found that a furnace cleaning costs the same...$90. So where's the savings? You get a 15% off on other services and parts. I fell for it and signed up thinking hey, I need my water heater changed out down the line, might as well get that extra 15% off later. Well fast foward a few months later and it's time for my furnace cleaning. The technician comes and does a system check and finds some faulty issues with my furnace, takes it apart and cleans it and recommends I change out a part that has gone bad. I ended up paying $409.50 (that's with the 15% discount) on top of my $180/year. While my furnace technically was checked and somewhat cleaned, I thought included in the plan they were going to clean IN the vents and get all the dust out. No, it was only checking and cleaning the furnace itself. The technicians themselves are friendly and do a good job and they wear shoe covers to keep your house clean and all but the company itself likes to upsell their services costing you more. I got a quote to change out the water heater and it is about $600-$800 more than a quote from another company and that is supposedly with my 15% discount...yea NO DISCOUNT there. They just take my money every month and that part I paid for that ended costing $409 I'm pretty sure could have been half the amount. I'll be cancelling my plan as soon as possible. Not worth it.

Complete ripoff, as far as parts pricing is concerned. My son was a Service Partner member (whatever that is supposed to mean). They charged $275 for an ignition sensor!!! A simple $15 part was marked up 1800% TERRIBLE way to do business. Typical rip off heating/ac company.

Let me start out by saying how disappointed I am on my overall experience with Leslie Heating and Cooling. I honestly feel like I could have received better service from Four Seasons and we all know what kind of work they do.

Things started rough after we called our sales rep, Brendan and said lets go forwards with the quote. He then told my husband and I, he had to retake measurements. So we squeezed him in before our pregnancy doctor appointment. He didn't take a single measurement, instead he came in and tried to pitch upgrading ideas. We said no. During that appointment my husband asked how long the install would take. Brendan said they will be at house Monday at 8 am sharp.

Monday came and at 7:50 am my husband received a call that the team was running late and would call when they left the warehouse. Finally at 8:40 Jessie arrived. From this point until about 2 pm things became strange. Another tech came in to assist the process i thought however I was wrong. Jessie then left and the new unknown tech took over. Finally the new tech introduced himself.

When my husband arrived home at 4 pm, he asked the new tech about how much longer. He was told 2 more hours at least. He informed us that he was not told about Brendan's time expectation being set and said normally he is with another tech to do installs.

So my house remained without heat for roughly 10 hours in the winter which really didn't help especially being 8 months pregnant. We also explained out expectations to Brendan regarding the cleanliness of our house. The technician finished the install around 6:45 pm and ""cleaned"" the area. By cleaned he took a rag with water and wiped the floor up. There was debris everywhere. In the garage we found 4 screws and metal shards throughout. When we called Brendan earlier regarding our concerns I was told we were wrong and given incorrect information. Clearly, there team was not on the same page today. Even when it came time to pay for the install, we were told the paperwork was blank and we would receive a call tomorrow to pay. This is extremely unprofessional and I am shocked with out this overall process took place. If the company was too busy or short handed to do a proper install they should have told us when scheduling. I was given a time expectation and as a result had to cancel tutoring for one of my students. This ended up making me look terrible.

We picked this company based on reviews we had seen on yelp and other sites. Many people left glowing reviews. I sadly cannot continue to do so. I will not be referring this company to any friends, family members, or even my worst enemy.

Called at 3:15 am on the coldest night of the year when my furnace went out, was told they would reach me in 1 hour, Called at 4:30 am was told same thing, called at 5:30 and again told the same thing. Received a call at 7:30 am. I was in touch with someone else. for a place that advertises 24/7 service they fell short.

This company is awesome! They aren't about taking advantage of you in any way. Our sales guy, Brendan, was super cool. We just bought a condo and during our inspection, we were told the heating element was original to the unit (36 yrs old) and the air was 17 years old. He went out to look at the air conditioner and said that we wouldn't need to replace the air as it was not 17 years old and was in good working order. We were approved for financing for the heating unit which was old and installation went off without a hitch!! Thanks Leslie!!!

Called Leslie heating because furnace was blowing cold air. Service guy
Rick came out, said furnace needed a new igniter( a 30.00$ part), said part was 200.00$ plus 65.00 for service call, total cost , close to 270.00$. Took him 5min to install part, 20 min to explain optional service plan( i declined) Not a bad profit for less than 30min of work, i am not happy , Leslie you got me this time, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

They dispatched someone that same morning. Fantastic customer service from the minute you call them. They called me back twice to get more information and to inform me of arrival time. The callers were very friendly and followed through with subsequent calls until the repairman arrived. Who does that anymore? My furnace was tricky and difficult to diagnose because it would start up again and stop as the repairman was leaving - 3 times!. Jesse the repairman was very informative and did not try to sell me a new furnace - yay! After changing the filter, resetting and cleaning off a temperature probe, the furnace has been worked without any problems. I will have them back to do more work.

I called Leslie Heating & Cooling late this morning after the Maytag repair guy indicated my dryer duct was completely blocked and qualifies as a fire hazard. Miguel was able to come out within an hour, provided an immediate quote to do a duct re-direct, and began work shortly thereafter.
