My hvac was not working. No air blowing.
Told me because the registers were warm it was working. .electric flaps were broken.
Arrogant accused me of..are you a professional . Had it fixed elsewhere. Incompetent workers arrogant owner. Never refunded the chg to tell me it's working. I've never posted a review before.maybe you've been lucky had a semi skilled technician at least

We have had LePrevost come to the house on many occasions: shut down and open up the house, install a new sink and faucet, install a new hot water tank, etc. I have always been very impressed by their customer service and work. Arranging the appointments was easy, responsive, pleasant, and professional. The administrative staff and workers communicate promptly. They arrived when they said they would, and sometimes even early. The plumbers were skillful and cleaned up after they were done. Because they seem to have an extensive team of workers, we didn't have to wait long to get an appointment.

Without any reservation, I would highly recommend calling them for your plumbing needs. Soup-to-nuts, they are wonderful.

We had them come several times for various things such as hooking up the washer and installing a sink and line to our fridge. They also had a come and check out our heating and even though they were very busy, they made accommodations.

I have read the bad reviews here, and I have not found any of that behavior exhibited in dealing with them... So I would highly recommend them. Plumbers are the most in demand vendors when you have a house and people need to understand that they can't be in 50 places at once.

That being said, whether dealing with them on the phone or dealing with the people that they send out... Their service is A-1!

This company has come through for me twice, both emergency or almost emergency situations.
When I moved to the area, in October, 2019, my boiler died. It was cold. LePrevost answered my call, sent a heating technician, and : heat restored.
Just recently, I had an AC problem. The system is installed already, but it does not work. I needed an ac technician for a repair. This is not an easy find. Again, LePrevost took the call, scheduled an appointment and sent a qualified technician on time. Sean found the problem and fixed it. In this sweltering heat, I finally have air conditioning.
LePrevost gets my gratitude and my business.

Horrible customer service, I definitely would not recommend them. We had an emergency issue and are looking for immediate help. They only help previous customers, so I guess new business isn't acceptable. None of this information is on their website. They say 24-hour service but that's just false advertising. John was rude and completely unwilling to help out and gain a new customer for life.
