I had an HVAC installed by this company and NO ONE knew where the furnace filter was located.......Then told that it was not a BIG deal........well played!!

Worst plumber ever. Incompetent. Cut into structural elements without asking, installed fittings that leak. Doesn't show up when promised, and without explanation. Had to replace them mid-job and redo a good amount of their work. Honestly I am stunned that natural selection has not weeded them out already.

I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them.

I scheduled them to come out to address two dripping radiators. The appointment was scheduled for a Friday when I was working from home and between meetings.

First, fifteen minutes passed the appointment time, I called and was told ""oh he is on the way"". Then over an hour after the appointment time I called again. The guy seemed annoyed at me that I was frustrated they were late and said ""sometimes plumbers are off schedules and things take longer"". I would have appreciated a call though and ended up having to miss a meeting since he showed up an hour and a half after the appointment time.

It's now been a week and a half since the guy came out and still no estimate from them. I called and left a voicemail and no one has called me back.

I won't be using this company and I recommend you don't either.

Contacted Lepore's Plumbing due to a plumbing issue we had at our store. They were very attentive and responded rather quickly. Brian came out and kept us abreast of what he believed the problem to be and how he would fix it. The following morning he arrived with help and completed the job quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with the service!
