Fraudulent practices. Claims work is needed when it really isn't. Claimed the toilet would not drain due to stuck wood or an animal. The video inspection he pretended to perform was a fraud. He was actually showing recorded video from a previous job. He kept saying the camera became stuck. After asking for a written estimate for proposed plumbing repairs multiple times, he would not provide one. Yet, he kept asking for more money each step of the way, but getting us no closer to a resolution.
It became very clear he was attempting to scam us by the end of the interaction. This was then validated when I called another plumber and the issue was resolved in under 30 minutes at a fraction of the cost as this ""Leo"" person. Be vigilant, con artists are all around us.

Leo did a great job at first told us we needed water filtration system so we got one had him install it, immediately we didn't have any water pressure I mean you flush a toilet and the shower would caught off completely we had him come out and check it and he said it may be your pressure valve needs to be replaced cool can you do it? He says he isn't sure if that's the real problem and turned up the pressure which was already up where it needed to be. He than ran all the water in my home and said that the amount of pressure we were receiving was normal with everything running there was barely any water coming out we just asked him how much for coming out to check and he said no charge I always check my work! He left and we still didn't have pressure a few weeks later, so I call him again and he lost it told me he drives 20 miles to help us out and he doesn't work for free, we should read the manual and call the filtration company and figure it out ourselves to which I replied sir we have never asked you for anything free services or help whatever that means you took a job 20miles away it says you service murrieta and surrounding areas I'm in lake Elsinore that was your choice. He took offense to me asking him to check his work,he didn't stop to think maybe he missed something mistakes happen we weren't upset just wanted it resolved he was extremely rude no warranty no nothing just a nasty attitude turns out we just needed the valve indeed replaced like I said he did mention that but wasn't sure. All we wanted was for him to figure it out instead we had a man that says he has been doing this work since 2004 tell us to read the manual and figure it out sir you are the manual this is what you do be the manual!! Humble yourself and just check the work!!! Also you put cheap pvc piping which we weren't informed will be bad for us in the future we would've gladly paid for the copper piping that our new plumber has installed for us!! You never did anything for us for free you didn't help us out the problem was we needed a new valve but you couldn't figure that out and blamed to e very filtration system you installed when I asked for help you got offended and angry and I told you I would find a new plumber once you screamed at me to read the panel and figure it out myself when the new plumber showed up the pressure was at 30 so no you didn't fix the problem and you have never came here and did anything for free nothing at all please I have never expected anything for free from any business that's delusional you couldn't figure out the problem no worries it was fixed I was going to show you some grace and not write a poor review until I saw you did the same thing to someone else accountability is key sorry take some next time good luck

I've dealt with other plumbers, and I can say that it's hard to find someone who's as honest and responsive as Leo. I will be reaching out to Leo moving forward for any plumbing services needed.

I took a referral for this plumber and hired him after I received no response from the Home Depot
assistance for hiring contractors. He gladly accepted the job after discussing my plumbing issues but there was one item he forgot to check per my request. The next day I called to follow up and he stated he would scheduled it for another appointment. No worries but I did have a question about the plumbing fixture that was installed based on the specifications and what it looked liked after installed (which was different from pictured). I guess that was an insult because he immediately took offense and started rambling on about ""when you order food it looks different than the pictures from the menu, ""I was the only one who questioned his plumbing"", he has been a plumber for years and that's why plumber make a lot of money."" Really, so that means your customers who don't have the knowledge cannot ask you questions? And to top it off, he began to get rude and wanted to end the phone call because he was on another job. Unbelievable, because I sent this plumber a text to contact me when HE could to be considerate of his work schedule but he asked me to just call him instead. Well, there is a first time for everyone, so why not be patient and understanding to your customers? This was really upsetting and sad because I really believe in supporting small businesses who answer questions, take the time with their customers, and follow up when needed without having a chip on their shoulders. Or maybe he was just having one of those days. Overall, the work was done so that's the positive and the negative was in the follow up with this plumber's phone manner, sarcasm, lack of understanding, demeanor,and arrogance, and he did not supply me with any paperwork, receipts or written warranty for the job . This interaction made this a horrible experience and I could not recommend this plumber to any of my friends or associates. I've used the bigger companies and never had this issue before and when I find smaller businesses who could manage the jobs I would hire them first to help promote their business and support the community. I've been in Murrieta for 8 years now and this is a first for me from a small business and lesson learned. All referrals are not created equal or good referrals. Stick to referrals where you know the person who is giving you the referral or they have more reviews in their profile. Having the knowledge and the skills are important but your customer service and people skills are an important part of the job. This plumber may do your job but don't question him or you might get the same result as I did because he's ""making money"" after all. Wow!! Not my money anymore. PS..I'm only giving stars because the work was done and maybe my review will give a more complete picture of how businesses can sometimes turn sour for the customer.

After calling 9 other 24 hour plummers with no response, Leo was my next call. It was 9:30 on a Friday night I had a plugged main line. He answered the phone right away. ( I would recommend you call him first). He showed up within a half hour with a smile on his face. Cleared the line. And charged a reasonable after hours price. Would absolutely recommend Leo. Not only did he do great work but he went above & beyond with his kindness & understanding with my 91 year old father that wanted to help/tell him how to do his job.
