emailed Leo's on Sunday morning, I was scheduled within 15 minutes and a tech showed up with one and half hours. He was courteous, professional and competent. He ran my main line which was blocked and had us fixed in 15 minutes. Dustin was the man on Sunday! good dude, explained everything he was doing. real satisfied. gave 3 of my neighbors their info. will use them in the future. i even called the dispatcher to tell them what a great job Dustin did. stand up fella. thanks again, D!!

Great service!

I had 3 drain backups. So when I couldn't get my plumber to come out today, they recommended Leo's with their many technicians. I called around noon Friday - hoping to get on their busy schedule and Joey got me in the same day -late afternoon or evening! Our technician, Makale, came after 6 pm and was done by 7 pm. He was very skilled in getting to the root of our three clogs and explained things very well. We highly recommend this business!

Our garbage disposal started making a horrible noise and wouldn't drain properly. My natural instinct was to call our regular plumber who came the next day. He evaluated the situation and determined the disposal was working OK, but there was a blockage in its drain pipe. He said his plumbing company didn't do drain clean-outs but that he could refer me to a company he had previously worked for. He said that he had total confidence that this company could respond and fix the problem quickly and professionally. That company was Leo's. We called them and they had a tech out a few hours later. The tech, Isaiah, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, very cordial and efficient and explained everything completely clearly. An hour later he had fixed the problem and left the area under our sink spotless. And the price was extremely reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone if they have a drain problem or just want to do routine sewer pipe maintenance.

My husband had called Leo's and spoke with the female receptionist and told her about our concerns with our pressure valve for the water and she said yeah pass this on and have one of the guys call you so they can we can set up an appointment or whatever we need to do that was a week ago I never heard anything from these people so obviously they don't need the work so don't waste your time calling cuz they're not going to schedule you for anything and there's going to tell you what you want to hear and then just throw you in the back burner and be done with it don't waste your money

We have roots in our sewer line. So once a year, or so, it gets backed up. I used to use roto rooter and pay over $300 for a full snaking. I called Leo's, they said they would by there by 12pm, and showed up at 10am. Early! How awesome is that? The plumber was extremely friendly and competent. And they did the same job as roto rooter for $159. I was never tried to upsell things or services I didn't want or need. The plumber just came out, fixed the problem and went on his way. Strongly recommend.

Great service and reasonable price. They're responsive, courteous, and fast, whether you have an emergency or just need some regular maintenance. Their email responses are quick too (maybe even quicker than calling).

We first used Leo's a few years ago to fix what another plumber didn't do correctly. That plumber charged us several hundred dollars to clear the main sewer drain late one night and ""guaranteed"" his work if we paid extra for him to run a camera in the line, which we paid for. A day or two later, everything was clogged up again and that plumber refused to come back out. Leo's came to our rescue and we never had another issue at that house after Leo's did the job right.

Leo's Plumbing and Drain Service provided excellent, timely, and reasonably-priced sewer drain snaking for me today. The technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. If you need a clogged drain snaked, I strongly recommend Leo's. They do honest, reliable work.

Last year, Leo's was hired to do a plumbing inspection for a home we were purchasing. They did the inspection but did not report any problems. Due to a short military assignment, we had to sell our home less than a year later and the buyers hired a plumber to do their plumbing inspection. That plumber found a problem in the plumbing, which he could also see in the video of the scope that Leo's did. Leo's failed to report an existing problem to us. We hired other plumbers to look at the plumbing and they all agreed that there was a problem and it should have been reported. Understandably, the buyers want the problem fixed, they want to choose the plumber who fixes the problem, and they want us to pay for that fix. Although Leo's failed to report the problem to us, they are unwilling to compensate us for the cost to fix the problem.
