We called a different company to come snake a drain and they couldn't get through. They did a camera too and found tree roots. They wanted over $7,000 to fix the problem.
Someone told me to try Leo's. I'm so glad I did! They busted through the roots and all is fixed! They didn't even charge us threat much and they notified us of another leak and fixed it for no charge!
This is a great company!!!! Call them first!

Had an issue around 1am with sewage coming up shower. My son called leos and when they returned the call, I answered. They stated their ""on call"" person was not answering phone. What plumbing company will tolerate that? Dependability --zero

Had a sewer backup at 2:30 a.m. on a Saturday night. I called Leo's expecting to leave a message, but someone answered and had a tech to my house in less than 30 min!! Jeremiah came to my house and cleared my line in about 20 minutes. The price was surprisingly low, I thought for sure I would have to pay an outrageous ""after hours"" fee, but I did not. Awesome experience, I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible!!! Even on the phone, they were extremely rude! I was not even in a hurry and they brushed me off telling me that they are too busy! In addition, I had three people tell me to stay far, far away! I guess it was a blessing that they were ""too busy!""

Arrived on time after a courtesy phone call to let me know he was in transit. Polite and very helpful at answering questions about maintenance and normal function. Thoroughly rooted the main sewer line and took the time to make sure that everything (including a missing toy!) was out of a completely-clogged tub drain.

I will never use this company again!!! I found the staff to be very unprofessional and forget about customer service!! I am in the process of buying a home and hired Leo's to do the sewer inspection. When I booked the appointment I was told I would receive a written report and a DVD explaining their findings. I also requested they locate and mark the Sewer Laterals during their visit. I had my service on Wednesday morning and it took two days for them to deliver the DVD or Invoice. It took them several tries to email me an invoice. I never received a written report, explanation on their findings other than a sentence written on the invoice!! When the Tech Ryan finally showed up to the office two days later, I spoke with him and he couldn't tell me if he located the Laterals or what a Lateral was. How can you be in the sewer business and not know that??? I spent $180 for a DVD of a pipe and no report to turn in. What a Rip OFF!!!!

When I called to speak with a manager or the owner, to complain about their service, it was a complete waste of my time, as he didn't care one way or another about their service. He already had his money..

I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN AND I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB!!!!!

absolute worst service I have ever seen they come out tell me my pipe is broken (I knew that) then they make an appointment to come back never showed up and my pipe is still broken......ill just go with another company these guys obviously don't wanna make any money.

It was Sunday morning, my kitchen sink blocked, garbage disposal not working. I called Leo's because of their 5 star rating on Yelp. There were only a few reviews, but all recent and all great. So glad I made that call. It was answered by a person (Stephanie), who promised to speak to the technician and call me right back. She called back within 5 minutes, to tell me tech is on his way.
Brady arrived about 10 minutes later, took care of the blockage , got garbage disposal working, explained to me how the plumbing works under the sink, so that I understood the signs of small leaks / damp boxes, and did not have to worry about it. He was very personable and focused, and arrived ready to tackle the job immediately. I was then charged under $100, which was less than I had been quoted. For a Sunday call out, and the 30 day guarantee Leo's provide on their work, I was very satisfied.
I am not one for giving 5's as there is usually some room for improvement. However, I can't think of anything Leo's could have done better, and I will definitely use them again.
