Mike was great. They can to the house and diagnosed our situation. Let us now our water regulator has gone out. It was kinda late and it had to be ordered.

They picked it up the next day. Came back and got us together. The price was very reasonable and we are status tied with the work. We will use them again if we have some issues.

Mike came to fix a complicated, old house pipe for our bathroom. He was AMAZING...it took a good 7 hours for it to be fixed due to the age of the plumbing in the house, and he did SUCH a wonderful job!! We always use Leo's for their excellent work, competitive pricing, and how fast they come out to do the job. I couldn't recommend a company more than them! Absolutely the most rudest people that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I live in a 4-plex and apparently a plumber from leos was called out to clean the main line, but the property management never gave notice to the other tenants. At 9pm my newborn was awakened by this plumber stomping across the roof directly about my apartment. When I went outside to find out what was going on and who he was the plumber rudely responded ""MY JOB"" and give snarky and rude response to my questions asking who he was. When I called the main number to make a complaint the woman who answered and the disrespectful woman in the background gave a basically well to bad response and the background woman made rude comments about me to another person in the background. I will personally NEVER call this company for any service and I will be alerting management that I refuse them to fix any problems associated with my apartment.

Our appliance installers couldn't loosen the gas line from the old gas range. So I had to call a plumber. Leo's sent Antonio out and he not only disconnected the old gas range but hooked up the new one at no additional cost. I highly recommend Leo's!

I was in a panic in the middle of the night with a burst valve that was flooding my home. I called several so-called ""24-hour"" plumbing services at 1:30 am, but Leo's was the one that came through. (One so-called 24-hour service couldn't get to me for another day, they said.)

I talked with Dee, the on-call plumber from Leo's. Frantic, I explained what I was going through, and in 10 minutes he explained what was going on and helped me know we had the situation under control. He then offered to come up to our address immediately at 2 am in the middle of a snow storm -- over 15 miles. Since we had the situation okay for the moment, I said it would be okay to come in the morning.

The next day, Dee and a colleague came promptly in the morning. They had the failed valve repaired, tested and back in service in less than an hour.

Two other so-called ""24-hour"" plumbing companies never even called me back. One of them copped a plea, and said ""moving me to the head of the line"" would still be another 14 hours. But not you guys. You guys had me calmed down, disaster averted, and completely repaired very promptly.

I can't say enough about Leo's, or Dee and the other gentleman who came to my home to fix this problem. You guys earned a full-on A-plus five-star rating!

Uses them 3 times the first time was a great experience, the second time was pretty good but the third time terrible didn't go the service properly on out water heater said it was fixed issues was not. Spoke with a manager and said oh no we only came to drain your water heater not fix it. Said they would ""listen"" to the recorded line and call back still hasn't happens it's been about a month. Would not trust again

We called Wednesday for a non emergency drain slowing and the men came today early in the quoted window. They scoped the drain and did some searching to understand how are sewer was configured--in the old north end where we live in a house that's 100 years old, figuring out how things have evolved over time can be a challenge.

Our circumstances required them to pull out the basement toilet. They were here almost two hours and gave us a reassuring report that no tree roots were involved, just soap and yuck accumulated over many years.

Jeremiah and his partner were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Their charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Came home from leave to our bathtub clogged & full of raw sewage. Called & they sent someone right over! Hollis worked at it until it finally cleared up even though it was 10pm on a Saturday. A1 service all the way!

Wife doing major cleaning went overboard with the use of the sink disposal. This resulted in a clogged kitchen sink drain at a time we needed it for holiday cooking and cleanup. Called Leo's and woman at the other end was courteous, friendly, and honest in stating that it would be a few hours before anyone would be available. (It was the Saturday between Christmas and New Years so I was not expecting someone to show in 20 minutes.) About 3 hours later, I received a call from the Leo's office stating a tech was on the way, and Mikal and another tech came to the door. They were friendly, efficient, and went right to work after assessing the situation. Although I had the cabinet under the kitchen sink, open and cleared, and was expecting an extensive, lengthy , and messy plumbing action, I was surprised when Mikal asked for access to the back yard and if I minded if he got up on the roof (!) They then produced a ladder, pulled out their machine and plugged it in and climbed to the roof, unwinding the drain clearing wire as they went. Blew me away that they were using the vent to that drain on the roof for access to the clog, avoiding any under-sink mess at all! Mikal filled the sink halfway with his amigo working the clearing apparatus above us. Within 15 to 20 minutes, I watched approvingly as the water, slowly at first, then all at once, drained from the sink. SUCCESS! Now, I was expecting a charge North of $300, but was advised that the total was $149. That is what other companies would charge just to show up with 2 techs on a Saturday during a short-staffed holiday period! I tipped Mikal and his partner and wished them a Happy New Year. Sticking with Leo's from now on, but hope wife refrains from aggressive disposal use.
