Awesome service. Main water line leak and one company was going to need another week before they could come and repair (they did come by to attempt to locate the leak). But Leo's was able to come by to check the issue and then come and repair it 5 day sooner. And previous company's location was off the mark by 2 ft, Leo's did a better job location the leak requiring less digging up of my paved driveway. So fast friendly service with extra care as water line and gas line within inches of each other. I highly recommend Leo's.

They are professional and customer orientated. We had a leaking water heater and have contractual repairs or replacement program with HomeServ through our contract with Dominion. HomeServ initially sent out Clean air technology which was unprofessional and honestly one of the worst experience we have with any services company. We requested for another company. They sent us Leo's plumbing and repairs. What a difference. The receptionist was pleasant and connected us to their technician Rene promptly. Rene came out the same day and evaluated the situation, we had the water heater in the attic. The opening was small but could be easily enlarged by removing the two boards that align the pull down stairs. He came and installed it the next day. He got a larger diameter and shorter heater to avoid rewiring electrical as well. He thought of everything and installed it professionally. The other company had wanted us to remove the stair or relocated the heater. It's a small town house and really no room for relocation. Rene is the best and we highly recommend this company.

Elias called me about five minutes after I made the appointment to discuss the issue and confirm my address. He and Leo came out the very next morning exactly when they said they would and within an hour my issues were fixed. They even took care of installing a bidet-type toilet seat that was giving me trouble.

They were both polite and took extra care to make sure they cleaned up after themselves. The price was more than fair and I could not be happier with their service. I am thrilled to have an expert, reliable plumber that I can call whenever I need to. I highly recommend them to anyone, no matter the problem.

I found this company through Home Advisor after the first company I contacted completely failed to respond. Leo and Elias were friendly and helpful. They provided a short window for an appointment(1/2 hour time frame! Unheard of!) and came exactly when they said they would. And even called 30 minutes in advance per my request. Though it turned out I had groundwater seeping in from outside and not a leaking pipe this was not their fault and they charged a fair price for the diagnosis.

be warned! We found this company through homeadvisor. On the website, it said they do Free Estimates. They charged us $115 for a 20 minutes estimate. After we complained, they gave us a discount and charged us $55. Please be upfront about this! No customers will want your service if you are not honest.
