Joel L.TLC showed up outside of the service window, DID NOT CALL even though I mentioned more than 5 times it was a rental property, and I am required by law to inform tenants. They started ""the clock"" while they waited for me to arrive (since it was not our scheduled time and they had not called). They then proceeded to charge me FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace an outdoor faucet. The entire job itself took 15 minutes, but was padded by two dudes that couldn't figure out to bring all of their tools to the backyard, and instead walked back and forth between the truck and the faucet. IT'S A FAUCET, it should not cost $500 to swap some simple hardware. There is plenty of room for the company to make money AND charge a fair price to it's customers. If you are up for some classic price gauging, be sure to contact TLC.
