Pros: Responsive, nice, and respectful Negative: Pay even if they can't figure out problem, Will cut into wall and did not clean up. Hole cut into drywall was not a clean square cut, so matching a nice piece later was a pain. Had to recut plumbers work to get clean lines to fit a replacement patch. Statement from company was that it was most likely condensation from air vents. AC company arrived two days later to clean and service AC system and vents said not a chance. LOL can't make this fun experience up. Overall: Not hammering the company, but with so many fake reviews on YELP, I wanted to share an honest experience. Company may be better in other jobs, but this was not what I Expected. Spent 30mins cleaning and vacuuming drywall off floor, 30 mins driving to Home Depot to get drywall to patch hole, and 30 mins to fix hole....all the while still paying the """"minimum service fee"""" of $145 dollars for not finding the problem. 3 stars for the friendliness of the rep who did the service, great guy, but taking 2 stars off for the actual service. Hired another company that uses more technology to track water leaks rather then just cutting and looking around with the human eye.

We had a leak in one of our toilets for days already. I got in touch with the company and the next day the came to my house. Fast service, Fix the toilet in no time and cleaned the area. Good communication.

Used the Yelp app to get a quote on a pinhole leak in an attic pipe. Leonard responded quickly and looked at my photos and video of the leak and gave me a reasonable quote to do the repair. He was very patient in answering questions about the work to be done. His worker, Angel, who came out to do the job was equally informative and courteous while dealing with my never ending questions. Very positive experience with a professional company and good customer relations. Definitely recommend them and will call them for any future (hopefully not anytime soon) plumbing problems I have.

I found that they were the only company that follow up when I was looking at quotes to install my faucet. I ordered the faucet from Amazon so had to wait until it arrived. They again texted me and asked if they could be of assistance. I like that kind of followup so I hired them. Communication great Timeliness great let me know when they were arriving and the plumber arrived right on time. Work cleaned and efficient. Prices were good. So if I ever need a plumber I know who I am calling.
