LJI started as a subsidiary of Leon's Electric & Plumbing in Schulenburg, TX, established by entrepreneur Leon John Langhamer. Leon purchased A&W, a reputable HVAC contractor in El Campo at that time. Even though there have been significant changes from 2003 to present, one aspect has stayed constant: Leon John's focus to customer service and satisfaction, irrespective of the price.

Leon John acquired hard work in the construction trades as a young boy alongside his father, Leon Henry, who established Leon's Electric & Plumbing in Schulenburg, TX in 1959. Over the years, Leon John obtained state licenses in plumbing, electricity, HVAC, and refrigeration. His deep passion lies in the HVAC sector.
