LJI was founded as a division of Leon's Electric & Plumbing in Schulenburg, TX, created by owner Leon John Langhamer. Leon took over A&W, a established HVAC contractor in El Campo at that time. While there have been many changes from 2003 to now, one aspect has continued constant: Leon John's focus to client satisfaction and quality, no matter the cost.

Leon John acquired the value of construction as a young alongside his father, Leon Henry, who founded Leon's Electric & Plumbing in Schulenburg, Texas in 1959. Over the time, Leon John obtained state licenses in the plumbing field, electrical work, Environmental HVAC, and refrigeration. His true passion lies in the HVAC sector.
