Part of my lease was that I was responsible to service the hvac unit. I was moving out and so time was of the issue. I call Leon Landis to find out the availability and price for the service. Then given I am the tenant he wanted my landlords approval. I told him I had the lease stating I was responsible. He calls back and leaves a message telling me he had not heard from my landlord and Understood time was of the issue. I called someone else who was able to get to me that day and perform service upon seeing my lease. Well flash forward they felt compelled to call my landlord and tell him I scheduled service and to bill me. Now I've paid for 2 annual services in 2 weeks.

Had some friends who had a plumbing issue after buying their first house. Their ceiling broke through and they found that a pipe had been leaking for quite some time and it caused the wooden beams in the ceiling to mold. They called this place and asked them to come out (this was after hours) and he was going to charge them an arm and a leg per hour just to SURVEY the problem, not actually fix it, even said he probably wouldn't have the right tools either. They called them the next day and basically said he doesn't like fixing other people's mistakes. Like isn't that part of your job? Poor service, wish we could give them negative stars.
