He did not fix the sink. It quit draining a week later. He was intoxicated. He had his wife drive him and arrived an hour and half late at 6:30pm. He used my trash can and commode plunger for the sink without asking. He got nasty brown water all over my sink, floors, baskets, and drawers. He left grimy black finger prints all over everything.

Dispatched by home warranty company to figure out what was causing my son's bathrooms to flood when running the shower. He snaked the line, told my son's gf that the seal for 1 toilet needs replacing, and the other toilet needs replacing. He didn't reschedule a time to come back and repair anything. The next day, my son's house is flooding again. I tried calling Leon, no answer. I've called to complain to HWA, customer service has left him voice mails, no return calls. I do not recommend this person.

Leon Angel Contractor was assigned by American Home Shield to repair two appliances in my home. He is unreliable. He failed to keep two appointments, lied and said he was coming and did not. Effort s to reach him were unsuccessfu. mail box was full and did not respond to text message.

I had a porch added on to my house. The work was shabby done at best. He bought and had the cheapest screen doors that could be found installed. They were so cheap that he had to put braces on the corners of them in order to open and close them without struggling. The screen blows with the wind because it's so loosely fitted. There are all kinds of gaps that I'm working on repairing myself. There is an area in the corner that takes on a lot of water when it rains. He left promising that he would return to fix some of the damages that could have been easily fixed to make it look better without completely tearing everything down and starting over. I never heard from him again. He refused to answer my calls.

What can I say at this point? I called Mr. Leon for a job back in September for my disabled fiance to open up some door frames in my house and fix a floor in my bathroom and run a sink line to put a facuet in there. Not alot of work right? Well, the bathroom hasn't been touched, I do understand i got covid back in September and I notified him of it to get tested and that it would be 2 weeks before he could come back but you called once while I was still out on covid and that was it! I have called and sent multiple text messages your way and I never get a reply back. I called last week and he says, I'm glad you called I forgot all about it! Yeah I guess so, and you promise to come the weekend but it was a no call no show. He takes too many jobs without finishing the ones he has already. I understand the hurricanes and people are needing work done everywhere but I payed you to do a job that isn't finished (yes I gave him a check for all his work including what he needed for the bathroom) so I am beyond pissed off right now! You just have to do your homework, can't trust anyone these days to be loyal and trustworthy its really sad.

Warranty company sent this guy out to fix water heater. He took check for $60 and we never saw him again.
Please do not hire this guy for any type of work at your house. He's gonna take your money and run.

We hired this man's company to do a large scale remodel of our home in 2016. He guaranteed his work which was a huge selling point for us. The job originally was supposed to begin in September and end by Halloween. It is now summer of 2018 and the job is still not finished. His 'crew' which was made up of different teenaged, unskilled day laborers were very rarely on time and the 'project manager' was never here unless he wanted to pick up a check. The young man (he was 23) who was actually overseeing the job was pulled away to other jobs and errands by Leon Angel on a daily basis. Leon showed no respect, courtesy or professionalism throughout the course of the job (which again is still unfinished) for the homeowner and our property as he made it clear that he had no interest in seeing that the job was done correctly or in a timely manner. Brand new appliances and fixtures, even a window were broken. A brand new, high end ceiling fan was broken and fixed with duct tape unbeknownst to us at the time. Our own ladders, lamps, buckets, brooms, water hoses, mops, etc were destroyed by the crew members. No care was given to our belongings, or property as so many things were destroyed or unusable due to their recklessness. The back door was hung backwards and upside down and left that way until we insisted that it be done correctly. Again, Leon showed no concern for any of this. The vast majority of the work was subpar and nearly all the kitchen plumbing had to be redone by a real plumbing company. The floors look like they were installed by children and we've tried to get him to do the right thing and replace them, but of course he's refused. We've attempted to contact Leon for over a year and a half to make things right, to no avail. He's given us nothing but excuse after excuse such as ""these kids of mine are driving me crazy and I don't even have the funds to make payroll"". This has been one of the most stressful, frustrating, and upsetting experiences we have been through. This man took advantage of good people and didn't even blink an eye. I wouldn't allow this man to remodel my cat condo or dog house now knowing what I know. I would give him less than one star if it was possible.
UPDATE:
Leon's response to my review was the usual drivel and excuses he's used for a year and a half. Pure lies, and he has the audacity to call me a liar. Leon, you know that money was paid to you in good faith based on promises (lies) that you made. It was naïveté on our part, putting our trust in a company that was undeserving of such. You also know that we repeatedly contacted you about your complete incompetence which you ignored. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage. You're a LIAR and a CROOK, not to mention a COWARD, because you have your wife tell customers that they have the wrong number when they call. The fact that she lies for you speaks volumes of her character, as well, doesn't it? Disgusting, greedy, deceitful people. All of you.

Used this contractor in 2016 for a complete renovation. Shoddy workmanship. Was supposed to have multiple crews. Had 2 very young men show up. Flooring problems, paint flaking. Have had to have plumbing repaired on 2 occasions. Will not answer phone or return calls. He filed a claim with Lowe's for the flooring but will not inform me of the outcome.
If I could give him a 0 star it would still be too much.
