We've been having our usual heavy spring rains in Chicago. I needed to have my main line out to the sewer rodded out very quickly after my basement started to take on some water at a most inopportune time. I contacted Leo Thursday afternoon and we exchanged several texts about the service and need and I mentioned I really needed it done by noon on Friday. He and his partner showed up first thing Friday morning and did a great job. They were friendly, professional, and explained to me what was happening and the types of services/warranties they could offer and proactive advice on what to do next. I also asked them to randomly help me move a heavy/awkward piece of outdoor furniture and they were all good with that and had easy Venmo/paypal/Cash app payment options.

Leo the Plumber is everything you want in a plumber. Honest, reliable, reasonably priced, and prompt. I had a major bathroom remodel and he came quickly to provide me an estimate, gave me all of the options, and recommended the best one for my situation. I really felt like I could trust Leo's opinion because he didn't automatically recommend the most expensive option, he talked it all out with me and made sure I understood everything. He was also able to squeeze me in at the last minute which was so appreciated. The work he did is top notch. Very neat, clean and absolutely no leaks. Leo and Carlos are amazing workers and professionals. They don't quit until the job is done right. We had an entire bathroom put into our basement. They worked efficiently to get the job completed, and cleaned up better than any of our other contractors! They are always very open about the job and what it will entail, as well as their pricing. In Chicagoland, Leo is the undisputed king of plumbing, and he takes pride in his work (see what I did there). My ejector pump recently failed. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and coached-me-up on what to do till he got there. He arrived first thing the next morning and did a great job. He even fixed an unrelated problem I had at no extra charge.

Leo is a super nice dude and does excellent work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend him.
