Leo was very nice to interact with, and initially tried to help us out without charging us, which was very kind. He originally came over and diagnosed our water pressure issue as a problem with the city and did not charge us for the consult. We later found out that the issue was not with the city, it was with the main water line that runs under our house.

Leo quoted us to replace the main water line and we told him we were ready to move forward. He said he was going to go to the city and get the final cost and permit information. We have not heard from him since, despite me messaging him several times, and it has been three months now. We really wanted to work with him, so it is unfortunate that he ghosted us.

Our original, large plumbing company with fancy trucks and pricey advertising did minor bathtub faucet work in 2023. They came back this year for a water drip and estimated a $2,400 repair to replace the interior main water valve. So we called two other plumbers for additional estimates. One plumber estimated a $2,000 repair and LEO THE PLUMBER estimated a $350 job to replace the pressure balancing valve. LEO THE PLUMBER fixed the problem and we are forever grateful! Called Leo on a Friday regarding a sink and a tub that needed rodding. He was out the following Tuesday. The tub had a broken stop in the drain, which he was able to extract. Price was exactly as quoted.

Leo is incredible! We had a pipe burst which flooded our basement and killed our water heater. He was very responsive, prompt, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything before and after. Awesome service. He was prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. Helped me with 2 plumbing issues, one inside and one outside the house.

He provided advice about what could be the fix and even recommended to do nothing and observe the potential problem but I asked him to go ahead and fix it because I wanted to try some remedy. I appreciate that he wasn't trying to make a quick buck.

Outside he fixed a long standing drip with my spigot. Addressed the issue, purchased the parts and quickly fixed something that was aggravating.

Very good, responded quickly. Bathtub was clogged, toilet in basement and sink. Sink never used much since mil purchased home he tried but unable to get pipe off. Suggested we would have to saw off and replace with the plastic piping. Had him hold off since we had some crack tiles someone coming out and my son was going to redo basement and new vanity. He said he would talk to my son if any question cutting off the pipe. Shut off water to sink. Very reasonable pricing and concerned about getting the job done and I was happy.
