Leo came by to fix our toilet. It is a tankless unit that comes straight from the wall and is very old. Leo was able to fix it and working fantastic. He gave me a quote up front and when the work was a bit easier, final cost was lower than estimate. He is personable, easy to work with, and very knowledgable. Leo will be my go to person for any plumbing issues ever. I could not recommend him more.

Leo is all about customer service. From the moment he walked in my house and took his shoes off (not just covered the shoes, and even after I told him it was not necessary) to the cost-saving advice that he offered, his name and number will be the only contact in my phone from now on for 'Plumber.' He's homed near the border of Rodger's Park and Evanston, and I highly recommend homeowners try Jim out for all of your plumbing needs. Other pluses - he takes payments of all forms (our last Evanston plumbing service took only check, cash, or credit card with a surcharge (which adds up when services total in 4 digits), and he accepts texts and questions by text. I scheduled by text, I sent photos of our problem, and he solved it!

Best experience I've had with a plumber! Very kind, knowledgeable and thorough and super generous about sharing advice and information! I'm a renter in a 2-flat and I didn't even know where the emergency water shutoff was in my building so he showed me where to find that and even walked me around other parts of the house to show me where certain things are and how to use them. I had Leo come out to take a look at an issue we had of water leaking in wall behind the 1st floor bathroom sink into the basement unit of a three flat. He informed the water was coming from a drain/vent pipe that had corroded over time probably due to an obstruction in the line somewhere.

There was a miscommunication on when the work was to be completed, but Leo apologized, came out the morning of Labor Day and fixed the issue! Great work, personality, and easy to work with! Thanks again!
