Have used him for years and always thought he was reasonably priced until the hot water tank needed to be replaced!! Totally ripped us off!!!

I'm very upset. He came to fix my outdoor faucet, connect sink to drain pipe, and install two faucets. He connected the sink to drain pipe. Then installed two faucets. He gouged my corian with a sawzall to remove previous faucet. He mentioned there could be a scratch. But there are two gouges front and back of base of my right bathroom sink. And a slice thru corian behind hot water handle on right sink. It looks horrible. He then went outside to look at his installation of an outdoor faucet. The product he used sprayed water at the seams after a couple of months after he installed it. I thought all last summer it was my hose but it wasn't. He came to do another job and we asked him to replace it then in fall but he stated it wasn't too cold and to call this spring. Due to medical issue we only just called now and also trying to respect his time by trying to lump it with other jobs before calling him out. Today he looked at it and just accused me of breaking it myself with the hose even thought it is secured to a box to prevent pulling. I explained his product busted at the seams two months in but all he could say is I'm charging you for this job. In other words, he didn't care that it was a poor installation/product in the first place that he preferred to by his own words do this spring time. I guess he forgot this busted before winter and he saw it for his own eyes. He never fixed the outdoor faucet and I'm going to have to call a plumber to do it. He was agitated and defensive and honestly I will never hire him for a job again. This cost me $810.00 for four hours. My corian cost over $800 and was supposed to be for life. It looks like crap now. At some point in the future when I'm calm I will have to replace the corian and trash this one.
