Can't thank you guys enough for coming out on short notice AGAIN!
Called Brian Lenox late yesterday to set up job for next week and he sent a tech this morning and did the job.
Andy showed up earlier then expected and finished the disgusting job no one else wanted to do.
Andy is the employee that was sent out to do the job.
Brian thank you for sending a employee that cared about doing good work, he cleaned up his and out mess when he was done.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Lenox. I called Lenox to make an appointment. Within two days,Chris was at my home. I had multiple problems. Chris repaired what he could and then told me what parts I needed to order. The parts arrived and on the same day I called for an appointment, Chris returned to my home and finished the work. Chris is very friendly and knows what he's doing. I was very impressed with how quickly he completed the repairs. Everything is working properly. Great service and prices are very reasonable. It makes me feel good to know I have a plumber I can rely on.

I called Lenox Plumbing this morning for a sewer smell issue that I was having. Chris was in the area and came out about an hour later. After assessing the situation, he asked if we ever use the shower in that bathroom. He then let me know that the trap in the shower was dry and that is where the sewer smell was coming from. He poured water down the shower drain and flushed the toilet a couple of times, then the smell went away. Chris informed me that I need to run the water in that shower at least once a month to prevent the smell from returning. I had no idea! I greatly appreciate his honesty and his fast response. I would recommend Lenox Plumbing to anyone looking for a good plumber!
