Tried Lenny's for the first time and am so impressed and relieved! Plumber, Anton, showed up the next day and quickly figured out that the basic snake de-clog we assumed we needed actually had its origin in an outdoor pipe that had a cracked cap. Super guy! Will definitely be using this company again!!

I would not use this company again. I was never given a bill. They did a shooddy with my sump pump with water shooting in my basement on the day on installation and thereafter . Additonally, the customer service is plain crap, they kept insisting on the photos/videos without ever providing any solution or sending out any techinician to fix it, I would not recommend this company to anyone. save your money and find another plumber.

I would not use this company again. I was never given a bill. They made a hole in the cap and closed the hole up with caulk My sewer backed up and I had sewer shooting into my basement. This past year Lenny did work for me in my home. Most of it was fine, but I was very shocked regarding one of the jobs he did. He quoted me a very high price for changing pipes that were corroded. I thought it was high (thousands) but he explained it was a very big job and would take a day or two to complete. I am not a plumber so I trusted him to give me an honest quote. I was surprised when the ""huge job"" was completed in less than two hours. I asked about it and he explained it was just because he was so good. But meanwhile the price of that particular job was $2500. Last night I had leaking from THOSE pipes. I called him and asked if he would call me back as soon as he could as I had water on my basement floor. His wife called me the late this morning and left a message that Lenny was far too busy to take a look at my problem...It would take him at least a week to stop by...and that I should probably call another plumber. I was very disappointed that a person who did a job in my home less than a year ago charging me $2500 for the specific job of replacing some old pipes (which was not even the original reason he was called) did not feel responsible enough to take a look to see what was wrong. I had trusted him because he was a plumber who lived and worked in my town. He has a friendly personality and appeared to be very responsible. I would have expected him to return to be sure his previous work was holding up. I would not call Lenny's Plumbing again.

Lenny installed our heating boiler (Utica brand) about 10+ years ago, and he did a good job and the price was fair. We have had no major issues with it over the years. I don't understand why some people gave him one star.

two one stars so i have to respond, lenny has always been very good to my family who lives in clark. hes always been fair and timely. i dont think ive ever been overcharged and i wouldnt care anyway because no one ever had to call him back to look at the same thing again.. but i thought lenny himself retired? maybe someone else took over
