Gonna give Lenny a 5 star for this. I have had quite the saga of plumbing issues recently. I contacted AHS, they put me in contact with lenny. He diagnosed the issue quickly, clean out needed to be made accessible so he could clear the clog, he installed a new cleanout no issue. He explained all the issues in depth to me. He attempted to clear the clog twice, first time was successful, second time knocked a block a gunk loose that prevented the pipes from draining for a day. Didnt charge me for the second attempt, turns out it needed to be jetted, put me in contact with some nice folks who could have it jetted and they charged me low. They did that, and he gave me a camera inspection for free afterwards. Good guy.

Only small tiny gripe is that in terms of arrival times he can be a bit flaky sometimes heh. But I'm satisfied with the work he did. And he did a good job. So i'm happy to give him this 5 star review. Dude could have charged me for the camera inspection and chose not to. He is a man of good character.

They have unlicensed people who have no idea what they're doing. The plumber came in and stayed on his phone the whole time, put the water heater and pipes in crooked, and ruined my walls and door doing so. The most unprofessional people ever! Then had the owner there for inspections because the employees doing the work AREN'T even licensed plumbers!

Lenny's Drain Cleaning came to fix a slow/blocked kitchen drain with the estimates cost of $159. They sent two individuals to unblock it. They ran a snake down and ended up cracking a pipe in the basement. I was told that this was my fault because the pipes were too old and then charged me an additional $200. I paid $359 for entire job. My credit card was double charged for the job and I had to call back for it to be credited back to me. 4 days later drain was backing up again. The woman who answered the phone said they would have to charge me again for a diagnostic fee and whatever work they would need to do to unclog the drain. I explained that they were just there less than a week before and she said they because don't know what is wrong with it so they would have to recharge me to clean the same drain as last week. Obviously their work is not guaranteed. I would not recommend Lenny's Plumbing and Drain.

Came back to resolve issue with clog and stuck snake. It was fixed! I am pleased with his professional and willingness to go the extra mile!

Even identified I problem with my kitchen shit off valves and changed then out to prevent a future leakage problem.

Lenny was a savior to me! I had moved in a place that had so may issues and this was just one more thing that went wrong. Home warranty sent him & I was so glad. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. explained what was wrong & fixed it.

Best plumbers in town. Have done work for me several times. They are honest, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They even rushed back when I had a mystery leak that turned out to be a bad ice maker line. They didn't leave until the problem was solved.
