Wow! Service the way it was before Adel got huge.

Day after Christmas I badly needed a main water shut-off valve replaced. Called Lenhart at 8:00. Charley called me back immediately. By 10;30 Jack was on the job, coordinating with Kelly from Xenia. Everything back in order by 11:00. It doesn't get any better than this.

I will never hire Lenhart to fix anything again. They gave me an estimate to fix a leak that I would of been satisfied to pay if they had to bore and go through a nasty process that they anticipated. However their initial method was not necessary and their ""side paid"" boring guy suggested another much easier method involving much less time and no need to bore under the patio. However they did not take a penny off the original estimate. I hope he is paying his guys a lot of money because he way overcharged me. If I could click less that one star on the rating, I would.

Reconsider before calling, we needed a water softener plumbed in and just pulled their name from the phone book. Two guys showed up with a large service truck and spent the next 15 minutes rooting around in the back of their truck doing god knows what? Once inside, they made at least four more trips to the truck and even left the premise for 10 minutes to get who knows what. The water softener needed only two new connections, I had set up the rest. I had the same exact water softener hooked up 18 months prior at another residence that took 1 guy fifty minutes to do the same work. These two, took 1.75 hours to do the job and we were billed $90 more for the same job one guy did in less than an hour.
They also left scrap on the floor and in the drain upon leaving.
I went down to pay the bill by credit card and was informed to call some unknown bookkeeper working in her home with my credit card number as there is no card reader at their office? I refused and paid cash.

Absolutely despicable customer service. Sub-par work; rushed and poor quality. Would NOT recommend!

We needed some work done involving a kitchen faucet, disposal, and some pipes under the sink. Lenhart plumbing was recommended to us locally. We ended up having them visit to provide an estimate and then do the work.

They were very polite and professional. Their estimate was quite reasonable. The work was done well, efficiently, and they left the work area perfectly clean. Considering all this, I'd happily use them again for any plumbing work.
