Recently bought a small condo in OC and the hot water heater went. I called Lenegan and was lucky to speak with Harley who did a wonderful job finding a heater that would fit in our small space and getting it scheduled very quickly. I really felt like she had gone above and beyond . Russ came out as scheduled and did a great job getting the old sludgy heater out and the new one installed in no time. Called and scheduled appointment. Couldn't do same day but employees can sit on road killing time in front on my house. Never showed for appointment and called said was the next day. Piss poor service. Can care less about customer. Avoid at all cost. Beware!

I arrived to open up my summer place, turned on the water main and realized that there was a pipe leak somewhere near my kitchen sink. Water was gushing out the side of the house. I called Lenegan's plumbing and Joe came within the hour and proceeded to systematically find the split pipe. He was professional, clean and explained everything. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
Eileen Lenegan hired me on hourly basis to develop some program for their business. After I have accepted the job we were engaged for a few days in lengthy correspondence about the specifity of the project. About a week later they suddenly walked away from the job and stopped responding to my messages. Just like that!. I later sent them an invoice for the time I spent on the project which still stands unpaid nor replied to.
