I was in the HVAC business for 59 years. When my AC unit failed this past year, I felt I was too old to repair it myself. Called Len Thonus to make repairs. They are the best and one of the few smaller companies' left that have not been bought out by larger corporations. If you want quality service at a fair price, call them, thank you Len.

Had a major repair done in my store. The cast iron drain pipe serving two apartments and the main store cracked after 80 years. Len and Matt arrived on time and started the job with laying down tarps to protect my floor. This was a messy job. They were in my store all day and finished the job in one day. This was a huge repair spanning three floors. They were professional courteous and neat. The price was fair considering all they had done. Highly recommend this company! You can trust these guys to be honest.

Len promised to call me back re fixing or replacing broken A/C. I've waited 2 months and made 3 additional phone calls plus 1 email. No response. He used to be very good. No longer. Save yourself time and frustration by forgetting this guy. He obviously doesn't even care about repeat customers or simply being cordial enough to return a call.

A big Shout out to Len Thonus Plumbing and Heating. We were without heat for 4 days. We originally called PSE&G who came out and diagnosed the problem as the circulating pump on our furnace. They told us the part was discontinued and to get estimates for a new heating unit. I called Len desperate for an estimate on a new unit and he immediately put me at ease and told me he has the part and would have someone there in a couple hours. His plumbers were young , knowledgeable and personable. They completed the job and saved us thousands of $$$$. Without this honest man and his team we would still be without heat and hot water ! As a somewhat new homeowner knowing simple things about the plumbing in my home can be a life saver. For example, when I was renovating my bathroom I could not figure out how to turn off the main water due to a hidden valve at the bottom of a closet...

Huge thanks to Thonus Len Plumbing for going out of their way to help me over the phone to locate this valve. What could have easily been a $200 service call to move a lever became a pleasant quick phone call with a knowledgeable plumber.

Although I'm embarrassed to admit that I was unable to find this valve I'm happy to write this review. I will be going to Thonus Len Plumbing and Heating for all my needs in the future. Huge thank you for your help.
