They came out within an hour of calling, pricing was good, and they fixed the plumbing leak.

The bad reviews are indeed legit. Needed a routine yearly sewer pipe clean out and the Supervisor, Michael, was rude to my wife on my phone. Acted condescending and tried to talk to my wife like she's a child. Tried to upsell my wife on a camera scope (which we've already had done). We've been getting routine sewer pipe clean outs for years with other companies, no pushback ever. I call Michael, explain the situation, he gives me the same tone and attitude, tries to upsell me on a camera scope for $741, so $441 for the cleanout, $741 for the camera, and $49 traveling fee. Also told me that if the sewer pipe backs up while they're working on it, they'll charge us extra and they will not provide and guarantee for the job. INSANE! Go local, Complete rip off.

Beware! they are wildly overprice. i called about a clog, they sent a rookie/lazy plumber who had to call his boss for help. the Lazy plumber track sewage through my house because he was too lazy to take put his booties on. the. the lazy plumber told me
he couldn't do the job and they sent another plumber 3 hours later. this guy didn't want to repair anything he wanted to charge me $2800 for a replacement unit. He told me he could install it on his day off. I feel like I got scammed buy this company.

its seems very predator. Ive managed properties for 15 years this is the worst plumbing operation i have seen.

There are large concerns with this company. What they do very well is get someone out that day. The plumbers themselves have been amazing. The charges are very high.
Sewer.....beware. I had 1 clog. They sent a sewer person out to put a camera in the pipes, and many thousands of dollars later, the clog now happens about every 6 months (when before the work, it happened once). My carport was ripped up and never re-asphalted. The work itself is suspect. The carport has been sinking since they did the work. The recommendations have been pretty much not to use the plumbing and garbage disposal. And now they recommend more work they want me to pay for that doesn't have anything to do with the actual issue. I now pay a ton to have them fix it each time, and I do not get any relevant answers. Beware. Find a second and third opinion.

We had Len the plumber come out to our house to fix a leaky shut off valve which was up against the block wall and the public water had to be shut off. My son lives there but it's my rental house. I told my son to have them replace the seals inside the valve, not replace the whole valve. Len told him that the whole valve needs to be replaced (which is BS) and another shut off should be installed. He tried calling but couldn't get ahold of me so he ok'ed the job. Len was there 5 hours for 2 shut offs and 6 feet of copper pipe??? And over $2,000.00 WTF, What a scam 5 hours which should have been under a hour, would have been under 15 minutes if len repaired the original valve. DO NOT USE LEN THE PLUMBER. I will spread the word about this company every chance I get.

Call to service a leaking drain a few weeks ago. Was charge $400 for what turns out to be a chicken bone removal but the larger issue was that the pipe continued leaking and despite me reaching out to Len the plumber to get additional service they refused to send someone else without an additional charge, and they refused to fix their work or offer a discount. management was unresponsive. We have since gone with another plumbing company, Michael and sons and more charged far less.

I should have read the actual reviews first (not the fake ones). The price quoted to change the kitchen faucet was over $700. Sticker shock. I escorted the plumber off my premises. Their prices for plumbing services is outrageous. No wonder they offer a $80 coupon. The only thing positive was that they showed up on time.

***BEWARE*** Len the Plumber is a scam. I called them because they seem like a professional company and they are very available after 5pm. That was a mistake, the first technician burnt our shower panel and damaged our 80yr old floors. His welds also leaked. He also wanted to cut a hole in our wall and thank god he didn't because that would have been on us too. This happened in July, getting a new technician out here to fix has been like pulling teeth. Very upsetting. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had initially called to get a quote on replacing a toilet flange. Robert came out to check out the flange and saw that it should be 12 inches from the wall - he suggested cutting the drain pipe so that it would be easy to install our new toilet. I'm glad he was able to resolve the issue. No complaints with Robert, he was friendly and professional. However, the cost is pricey...

I woke up to a leaking hot water heater and a mess in the basement. In the past I have professionally installed water heaters, so I started to find one and see who could help me change it. A neighbor said they had used Len's and were very happy with the service. So I called, they dispatched Leo Martelli. He called and told me he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He provided and estimate, which was fair and proceeded to go and get what he needed to do the job. Leo and his brother came back and got started. They used non slip mats on my hardwood floors and within a couple of hours had my old heater out and my new heater in.
Like I said, I used to do this professionally, these guys were super professional. The work was very well done, the piping and valves were plumb and level and the work was clean. The cleaned up and the only trace was that I had a new heater where the old one had been.
I would recommend Len's to anyone, they are great. But I would really like to say that Leo and Sal (?) were some of the best contractors I have ever had do work for me.
