In regards to Len's comments about false reviews seen below is completely untrue. Len is trying to hide their tracks that their service technician worked on our water heater that they installed May 2024 for 2.5 hours on June 3rd for a pilot light that would not keep light which is a safety feature. The technician came for 2.5 hours and I was with him for 1 hour after he tore apart the bottom and was blowing on the gas line to see if it was clogged. After the hour, I gave up and proceeded with my day thinking this was a trustworthy company. The technician was able to start the pilot light and the blower another company installed was working as well. The technician worked on the vent in order to keep the pilot on as he mentioned to me. In his report from June 3rd which I asked the office manager 3 times via email for his service report the only thing that was mentioned attempted to start the pilot which was untrue. At 9pm I entered the basement which was full of smoke. I shut off the gas to the water heater which was actively on fire. Len came back out on 06/05 and the same service technician covering his tracks or Len's wrote a very legal service report in detail which my wife never signed and the service tech who wrote the report signed explaining that the warranty is void due to another company installing the vent/blower while we had no issues until this ""reputable company"" meaning Len the Plumber's service tech worked on the vent....they offer no solutions to our problem....again Len is not a plumber. finally, the office verbally told me that she would reach to the manufacturer to see if they could assist and than after the weekend she informed my wife I never told your husband we would do that.

Our 11 month old water heater Len installed caught fire 4 hours after a Len the Plumber Tech came out and worked on it. We paid a monthly subscription for a year and this was the first time we called after they installed. Our 2 children were asleep upstairs and luckily we got to the fire in time to shut off the gas. After 10 days with no hot water they said they were not going to help us find a solution- absolutely horrible. Would give a negative score if I could- DO NOT USE!!!!

Even if your desperate DO NOT HIRE Len the plumber. Recently he ran away from our neighbors hot water debacle leaving the homeowners with TWO SMALL CHILDREN without water AFTER THERE UNIT ALMOST BURNT DOWN THEIR HOUSE!! Zero rating needs to be added for this shady contractor.. BUYER BEWARE!!

Good, honest service. The toilet flange turned out not to be broken, as suspected. So, they fixed it instead of replacing it, saving me money. Will do business with them again.

Len's was absolutely amazing! Cannot recommend enough! 10/10! They came out the next day and had the job started and finished that same day! Great prices! And Tom & Camryn were very kind and professional techs! Will definitely be using them for all our future needs!

The original estimate I got from the technician was costly but I was ultimately fine paying that quoted price since the service was prompt. However a second charge was added for an extra repair and the tech said there would be a minor adjustment to the estimate. but I was unaware how much extra the charge was until the final bill. Needless to say it was quite a bit extra. Will not use again.
