I live in a brand new house. The house is only a couple of months old. The plumber that was sent to me from len the plumber. He told me that I need it to replace some of the plumbing in my bathrooms. This guy was trying to create work for himself. All I wanted was to have 3 faucets installedl. I called another company and got the job done for $780. Len the plumber, along with the faucets and other work that he suggested, wanted to charge me over $2000. I just didn't respond to the quote when the guy left. Oh yeah, he went out to his truck and told me he would be right back. He had to figure out the quote. He sat in his truck for 35 minutes. It doesn't take that long to figure out a quote. Smh

hello yes he arrived on schedule very polite though I think he was over priced at $490 to unclog my toilet he left with out giving me a receipt for the work he did so he probably stiffEd his Boss, shame on me for not getting a price quote first well get a plumbing snake and do it yourself lol

My plumber Donavan Frankson was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. My bathroom was clean. I will absolutely call LEN THE PLUMBER and ask for Donavan again. Fair price.

Woke up to a backed up drain to the sewer. I asked my neighbor for a reference, and he told me to call Len the Plumber. The tech was Vincent - he came out about 1.5 hours after my call, and after about 1.5 hours of work, he brought us the great news that he was able to snake it with the machine he carries in his truck.

Vincent and Len the Plumber came though for us big-time, and I thought it was reasonably priced for all the work they did. My neighbor was right again - that's why I always prefer to go with a referral.
