Big shout out to Steven Marshall! My brother's a/c unit went dysfunctional on the hottest day of the year in June! I called Len The Plumber for much needed assistance. Steven arrived on time, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He assessed the unit and diagnosed the malfunction and had unit up and running like new! Scam Company - Cherry Hill location. They are ripping people off, do not use!!

1. They tried to charge $450 to clean the outside unit. To simply hose out the pollen in 20 minutes.

2. They tried to get more money $2,500 by claiming the TXV (Thermal expansion valve) was damaged. I received a second quote from a reliable HVAC tech who said there was NOTHING wrong and confirmed Len the Plumber picked at something someone without HVAC knowledge would not be comfortable replacing. It's an attempt to hustle more money.

3. They sent over a salesman. Who gave an unrequested hour long ""tutorial"" on how AC units work... really wish I got that hour back. Blatant how to scam 101 tactics. Beware when they ask you to give a range on how much do you expect this to cost. They are going to quote you as high as possible. BUT if you agree to the new install RIGHT NOW, we are going to knock $2,000 off the cost BUT only if you agree right here right now... that's not how this process works, don't fall for it!!

Especially liked when both guys mentioned how other companies were ripping people off and quoted ""come on, I have to sleep at night""...

Excellent service! They sent a technician out in less than a day from when I requested it. The online app was super easy and convenient to use as well. I would highly recommend Len the Plumber!

Chris C. was professional and courteous. His tech Brian was polite as well. Chris C. went out of his way to provide an estimate for a new tankless water heater that I was comfortable and happy with, and it was installed same day. He was quick, efficient, cleaned up afterwards and was always mindful of being careful coming in and out of our home (shoe covers, careful with carrying items inside without scratching walls etc). Very pleased with the service we received.

I had a pretty decent clog on a Friday night. Mike from Len the Plumber came out Saturday (no additional charge for emergency weekend service). They sent me a text where Mike was and how soon I could expect him. He was so respectful and honest with my situation. Dare I say he treats you like family. He resolved my problem in less than an hour. It was just over $450 but my experience made me feel it was well worth it.

Charged over $550 for a simple drain snake in my apartment. Leo the plumber came and broke my disposal and pipe during the install and had to go to Home Depot to buy the new parts that he broke. They then charged us an extra $200 for parts that he broke. I have been waiting on their service to call me back but every time I call the manager is ""in a meeting"". They are crooks and scammers. Try a small business instead.
