We had a technician come out and work on our kitchen drain for a few hours. Could not fix issue. Suggested a fix that would cost $2700. We provided the down payment of $1,000. The technician was supposed to come out on Tuesday and did not show. Rescheduled for Sunday, called out sick. We cancelled the work and cannot get our $1,000 deposit back. No one will call us back to discuss. Very concerned we will not be given deposit back. We are located in Baltimore, md

$680 just to replace the elbow under the sink, this place is a rip off, do not use Len The Plumber. Technician was unprepared he had to leave twice to get supplies, which I had to pay for that time. This guy was incompetent and unprepared. This is a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY, never use this company there are plenty of other more ethical places to call

My experience with Len the Plumber has been great! From the customer service reps to the technician everything was wonderful. I love that they send a text with the technician picture and name.
I had Thomas St. Germain and let me you, it was like having a friend over that happens to do plumbing! He was very professional and friendly. He did his best to find the right solution without causing a lot of mess. He allowed me to look at the damage and explained everything thoroughly. He also did a wonderful job cleaning up when he was done. We had a lot going on at the house with family that was in town to visit. We included Thomas into our conversation as if he were a family friend. Thomas is a great asset to this company and embodies true professionalism at the same time making you feel like a friend!

I used them for a hose bib repair last year. The repair went fine but I was put on a monthly service plan which would give me a discount on future repairs. I was told I could cancel anytime. I have sent in three cancellation requests and yet charges still occur. The service plan department will not respond. Please be careful of this when using them.

Not sure why Len gets only 2/5 stars here, but my recent experience was fantastic. We had an emergency with two failing sump pump during a rainstorm, and I was able to have them come out same day on a Sunday to diagnose and repair the pumps. If you want prompt service done right with professional plumbers who know what they're doing, Len is a great choice. And plumber Michael Gartland was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to do what it took to get our systems fixed. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had a plumbing leak in the laundry room. Len The Plumber sent William B. He was a true professional and was able to diagnose the problem as soon as he saw it. He fixed the leak timely and he also set me up for HVAC services through their company. Needless to say, I had the best service from William!
