Was quoted a price of $700 to fix a pinhole leak on a 1/2 copper pipe. The 1/2"" pipe was 12"" long with a 3/4 inch tee that needed to get cut out and replaced. I felt I was over charged. If it wasn't the weekend I would have said no thanks and called a different plumber. The tech was there about 2 hours. He left to get a fitting that took him about 1 hour. So the total job was about 1 hour of labor and parts couldn't have been more than $50. I asked about a breakout of the bill for labor and parts and the tech said they don't show that on the bill. The total job should not have been more than $300-$350. Being a senior I felt like I was taken advantage of. I will call to discuss the charges. Not a happy camper!!

Had a clogged toilet and paid the up front price of $600 to have it snaked. Our technician explained something hard was blocking it so we needed a new toilet. He spent 20 min, couldn't fix the problem and we replaced the toilet ourselves to save some money. I don't think $600 was a fair price for 20 min of work. I don't recommend. Hoping for a partial refund. Not a fan of their up front pricing.

The work and the techs have been a very good and professional experience. My only complaints are the extremely high prices. Having business experience I understand all the overhead costs but with those rates I will think twice next time I need to call for service. Dispatch could be better, would be great if they would keep you updated if they're not on schedule.

This company came to my house to do a drain cleaning and they destroyed my bathroom because they didn't clear the line correctly. I tried to talk to there management they would only talk to me through email. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I filed a BBB complaint they just close the file. Don't use this company HORRIBLE
