I can highly recommend Chia from LemonTree Plumbing. I had reached out to have a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) quoted following water pressure spikes in our home. He listened to my concern and educated me about possible other causes. He worked with me patiently while I confirmed the theory. Chia was very professional, on time and solved the issue.

Chia (pronounced like jow) came by to see the source of some flooding under our home and expertly inspected what we later learned were multiple leaks. He actually found that we had very corroded pipes and showed us everything in an informative and helpful way.

He's also slow to quote how much things will cost because he's super mindful of being accurate and committed to making sure customers get the best value we can without skimping on quality.

This was a bit of a nightmare situation only assuaged by his expert, courteous, and quick service. We are looking forward to hiring him for more things that need fixing in our 100+ year old craftsman.

This is the best plumber I've ever worked with. We had a plumbing emergency. Our water heater broke, leaving us without hot water for several days while we waited for the parts. As soon as the parts arrived, LemonTree squeezed us in the very next day. Ramon worked fast and was very thorough. And in addition to doing great work it was reasonably priced. We had a kitchen faucet that we needed replaced and installed. Chia did a great job removing the old faucet, installing an entirely different new one, and testing at various points along the way. He also notified us of other plumbing issues he noticed with our kitchen sink, which was unexpected and much appreciated. As some other reviewers had mentioned, he took the time to explain the process in detail throughout.

Mr. Lam worked on our house twice. The first job required him to remove the toilet and replaced the faulty wax ring. He shown me and explained what caused the leakage, fixed the issue, and had me inspected everything after he finished, very professional and well mannered. We were very happy with the first job, that we requested for him the second time, which required him to fix our shower valve leakage by changing out a 30+ year old shower cartridge. Once again we were very happy with the work done. Overall a very stress-free experience. I would definitely use this service again.

So grateful to have found Lemontree! Chia (I see other reviews referring to Ramon-- same person!) responded right away, came over the same afternoon, and took his time figuring out the cause of our leak, explaining that sometimes there's more than one cause. Lucky us, it was actually two leaks-- one in the p trap and one in the dishwasher hose--but he was able to fix both within a day. Price was reasonable, he explained what was going on and our options, and he guarantees his work.

I was already happy with the service when we noticed water under the sink again the next day-- when I got in touch he came right over after he finished his other job to diagnose the issue. Unsurprisingly, the work he did was definitely not to blame-- it turns out there was actually a tiny gap between our countertop and faucet fixture, and when a water splashed on the counter, it leaked through. Not really a plumbing issue, and easy enough to fix with silicone, but I was grateful that he came over as soon as he could to address the problem, and gave us helpful advice about how we could address ourselves. We'll definitely be using him in the future!
