LEMCO Drilling is a family-owned business that has been repairing water wells and pumps in dryland wheat farming regions since 1989. Our team has comprehensive experience in domestic and commercial water well drilling, plumbing, pumps, and irrigation across Eastern Washington's Adams, Franklin, Lincoln, Whitman, and Grant Counties. Alongside our superior customer service, we guarantee our clients with the ability to obtain water resources. LEMCO Drilling Inc, a family-run operation, has been repairing water wells in dryland wheat farming regions since its inception. We established an operation in Eastern Washington by taking over Barnett Pump & Irrigation, which has been based in Lind, WA since the 1950s. In 1989, we transitioned from the original partnership, leading to the formation of LEMCO Drilling Inc, initially managed by Leonard and now led by his son, Tyson Martel. We have been providing water well support and drilling in the arid agricultural region, maintaining customer well logs and pump information from the 1950s.

We provide comprehensive experience in domestic and business water well drilling, pump setup, repair, and irrigation wells of 12” diameter or less. Our service area includes Adams, Lincoln, Franklin, Whitman, and Grant Counties. The dryland areas of Eastern Washington have distinct geology, and not all wells are identical. We guide you in choosing the well and pump that suits your property and goals.

I am the owner and team leader at LEMCO Drilling Inc, a a committed water well driller with a profound passion for community service, family, and fulfilling the water needs of my community. In 2016, I assumed control of my family business, continuing the legacy of my mentor and father, Leonard Martel.

Since 2010, I have been a licensed water well driller and concentrate on both home and commercial water well drilling, along with services for wells and pumps, ensuring customers with consistent water resources. I strive for quality work, transparency, and customer satisfaction is reflected in every well, pump, or consultation.
