They were referred to me by family. I had them replace the faucet in the tub. They charged me double what the parts cost, a $95 travel fee (to travel from Kaysville to West Valley, and labor was $250 for an hour. To switch out a faucet they charged me a total of $569.50 to change a faucet. I then called a few places to see what they would have charged and if it would truly cost that much other places. The three places I called would have charged me around $250. I personally won't use Lelacheur Plumbing again.

Lelacheur came out to fix a toilet leak I had. After the owner came and fixed the leak a short time later the leak came back. I called and had the owner come back. After he was done with the work he said ""did your wife gain a bunch of weight and then have weight loss surgery and that's why your toilet broke"". I found this completely unprofessional and shows the true colors of this plumbing service. I would not recommend them, and I will sign an affidavit, stating that what I have wrote is true.

Great job! Friendly, trustworthy, good price and knowledgeable. My hot water tank blew Saturday and they came Monday morning. I would highly recommend them and they'll be the first company I call for all my plumbing needs!
