The employees are extremely disrespectful and when I called and spoke to the owner of the company regarding the attitudes I now know exactly where the problem has started. I have learned through life's experiences that the attitudes of the employees start at the top and trickle down. The owner of this company is extremely arrogant and hot-headed. I would definitely not employee a company that had such horrible attitudes starting with the owner.
I live in an apartment that is undergoing renovations. When asked if they can keep their yelling down as some of us work nights they said they would not because they're working. I understand noise has to happen to get the job done. However, there doesn't have to be yelling and excessively loud talking right outside peoples homes. When I called the company to express the problem and discuss the attitudes of the employees the office person just made excuses for the employees. Even if the company does an adequate job (which is yet to be seen) employees must respect the customers property and personal space. I would do yourself a favor and choose anyone else but this company to do your work.

I drive lotus road to highway 50 monday through Friday and almost every day a company truck tailgates me to the point I am fearful. When it comes to a passing lane, in a 50 mph lane same truck flies passes me at least 60 mph. If they don't care about people on the road...can you trust the work they do.

These five stars are for Mike E. and Josh S. Awesome customer service! They were assigned to install plumbing for washer/dryer addition to 300+ unit apartments. They effectively communicated with us the schedule and job scope; they were on time; they were there for any issues, and took care of our residents homes...for the most parts, it was a seamless process. They've definitely went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. It was a pleasure working with them, and they will be missed. They were part of our team.

I used them recently to run a new gas line across my house. This was a big project.

They came in, gave me an estimate, and performed the work exactly as we discussed.

They said they were going to be here at 8 am on two consecutive days, and they were here exactly at that time. Once the job was completed, they left the inside of my house cleaner than it was when they got here.

There is one negative review on this company from three years ago. I do not know what this persons complaint is because this company is exactly the opposite of what she said.

I do property management work and I plan to use this company as my plumbing provider and you should too !

Should be zero stars. Just letting you know they do not serve surrounding areas any more I guess. My neighbor recommended them, two houses down, we live in West Roseville. They'd been out before and said they'd call back to schedule an appointment when they weren't so busy. Never heard back so I just called and was told, no one is available to come out. I asked ""so you no longer book appointments in advance"" and I was told that was correct. I asked if they recommended another plumber, the girl put me on hold then came back on and suggested I look in the yellow pages or call Roter-Rooter or something. WOW!!! I do not have an emergency, just an issue we want a plumber to address before it gets worse, but I got the message - just go away - they are not interested.

I had a bathroom redo while I was away & needed it all done in 8 days. These guys did an amazing job. Total demo of 2 old bathrooms & all new everything - cabinets, counter tops, bath, shower, fittings, floors etc. Clean up was really good too. I had them back to fix a few odds & ends & they came when they said they would. I love my new bathrooms.

Professional and fast service!!! Experiencing a sewer backing up emergency we called at shortly before 5pm on a Monday and Joe showed up about 30 minutes later! Talk about fast! He was very courteous, got right in there, and got things back up and running in no time. He explained clearly what we were probably dealing with and what if any additional steps we might want to take from there. Joe even called back himself the next day to check and make sure things were working properly. We will definately use this company again and will recommend to all our neighbors.

Do you have to give them any stars? Because I would give them a negative! These guys are the most unprofessional bunch I have ever seen. One star is far too generous! They said the water would be off for four days, this is the third week. And the 2nd and 3rd week, there was no notification. They just shut the water off! I know they cost the Springs apartments in Dublin CA a lot of money by not taking care of tenants stuff. They did not tarp anything and poured a bag of cement while inside the apartment. Cement powder all over everything! Not looking good for either the Springs or Plumbing Enterprises!
