They are amazing! Very personable, professional and reasonably priced. They show you the exact problem and provide explanation. The owner was at a large project site and stepped out to check out my air conditioner on the hottest day of the year-my a/c was not giving out enough air. So glad he came out given my medical condition and 2 dogs on the hottest day!

I didn't end up needing Leipart for my furnace needs but if I ever need anything in the future I know where to go.

On a Saturday afternoon my furnace wasn't working and I found the code signal for it, and I called up Leipart. Jim answered and offered up a diagnosis visit within the hour. I'm currently renting, and upon contacting my landlord he wanted to use one of his connections instead. I called back and explained to Jim and he said no problem at all. He even offered to guide me through a couple of high level specs over the phone so I could speak well to the issues with my landlord.

Extremely courteous, respectful, honest, and understanding. Couldn't have been more pleased, and it was just off of a couple quick phone calls and a cancelled appointment.

We made it through two days of polar vortex weather and the temperature finally started to go up to ""normal"" Chicago winter temperatures. But even though the weather was getting warmer outside, our home was getting colder. In the middle of a Friday night panic we contacted Leipart for help. A short while later, Jim called us back and guided me through some troubleshooting and figured out that I had some ice deposits interfering with the gas line. Two minutes later, we had heat! If we have any other problems with our HV/AC they will be at the top of the list.

Jim and his team are top notch. I have several rental units and I can always get a same day repair. I recently needed service on my personal home. Jim and his team were able to come the next morning to correct the issue after answering my call at 8:15pm. They have a customer for life! This is how customer service is done.

Unfortunately I have had two issues in the last two weeks with a leaking furnace and Sump Pump that was stuck and grinding.

Fortunately I found Leipart Heating and Cooling who responded next day in one instance and same day in the other. As someone who is not handy Leipart came to my house and took the time to diagnose the issue then took time to explain to me the issues and why they had to fix what they did. They even offered to go to Home Depot and get me new filters.

From a pricing perspective they were well within budget in comparison to the other companies we called. They could have taken advantage of someone like me but did the exact opposite.

I can not recommend Leipart enough. With all the competition out there I recommend you give them a chance. They are a smaller company so give a much more personal experience. I have now met almost the entire crew and will call them with any issue I have.

I highly recommend this company! The team was very professional and went out of their way to explain the issues and did not try to over-sell. We had 20 year old furnace and AC units that were rusting out and needed to be replaced. They had to install furnace in tight room as well as move new AC to new location and pump out clogged drain. They went above and beyond my expectations!
