On one of the hottest days of the summer, our a/c decided to stop working properly. It was 89 degrees in our house and we were miserable! We were desperate to get the problem fixed and after reading several wonderful reviews, I called Leipart Heating and Cooling. Jim answered and told me someone would be calling in a few hours when they were on their way...and that is exactly what happened. Our technician John called around 9pm and we met him outside and told him the issue. He knew right away what the problem was and was able to fix it in a short period of time. We were thrilled! I'm so glad I discovered this business and will happily use them again in the future as well as recommend them to friends and family!

I was BLOWN away by these guys, pun intended. They were amazing. I called them yesterday right before noon and explained my situation, our a/c kept shutting off. We had another company come out twice, and let me know I would probably need a whole new furnace. Right away they told me that didn't sound right, and there was probably something else going on. They had someone out to the house to diagnose it and let me know what was wrong within four hours. The technician was extremely diligent in checking over the system and let us know it was not with the HVAC system at all, it was actually an electrical problem. They got us in touch with an electrician who came out to the house THAT DAY, and stayed to fix our issues until almost 10 pm. There aren't many business' like this around anymore.

These people are amazing. We had a minor issue with our AC, airflow was not making it to my daughter's room (I had no idea it was going to be minor). Brent first talked me through what it could be based on my description. He didn't want me to waste money if it was something I could fix. I am far from handy, so I had him come out anyway. He checked everything and tweaked a couple things and then explained to me what the issue was and how I can fix it in the future. SOOO helpful. Such a great company. highly recommend.

The tech was 3.5 hours late. He applied duct tape to my hvac. He charged me $225. He said he hopes that took care of my problem. He said if it didn't they can come back...

I'm amending my review, I originally rated Leipart's H&C a one because of their 1st impression... their second impression was much better. Jim read my feedback and was just as dissapointed as me. He called me within minutes and made things right between us. Jim takes his business very serious and it shows. He returned to my home and walked us through our issues and made sure everyone understood what needed to be done. He left saying that if we would allow it, he would return in the fall to address hvac issue in our attic. I believe he will be getting a call from me in the future. His pride in his work is what I need for my home.

I had these guys come out and to take a look at my AC unit bc it wasn't cooling. They came out quick but wanted me to spend an exorbitant amount of money for a problem I didn't have. I wouldn't recommend this company as they went the motions and didn't really explain my real problem. Be careful.

I've used this company twice - once for a furnace that went out in the coldest night of winter and just recently for a broke ac unit on the hottest day yet. Both times I called during non-typical business hours yet they came out asap and fixed our problems quickly. We will call them again for any issues we have and highly recommend them to anyone. Hats off to Jim for running his business the right way.

I called Leipart Heating and Cooling on Thursday evening shortly after 5 after being stood up by another repair company twice. The air conditioner wasn't working and it was 80+ degrees in my house for 3 days straight. Jim answered and advised that he'd have someone out to repair the air conditioner that night. Jim the owner himself arrived a few hours later. When he walked in the first thing he said was ""it's hot in here!"". Jim got to work right away and in less than hour the air conditioner was repaired and the house was beginning to cool down. Jim is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and he seems to genuinely care. I really appreciate him coming out same day after working such a long day already.

I will certainly use this company again. Thanks Jim and the house has cooled nicely!!!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had !!! After experiencing trouble with my furnace blower motor, I started looking for HVAC companies on Yelp to come out and look at my unit. I was fully expecting for someone to tell me that I needed to replace my 20 year old Carrier furnace and AC unit. As you can imagine, it was not a bill that I really wanted to spend.

While doing my research I ran across Leipart Heating and Cooling. I was overwhelmed with the the amount of reviews they had as well as the number of 5 start ratings. I also come to learn their sister company C&J Services does Plumbing and has the same great reviews!! I decided to send an email requesting a quote in which Jim responded almost immediately. We exchanged a few emails and after a short time, I decided to give them a call to schedule an appointment. When I got a voice mail message, I decided to hang up rather than leave a message. I figured I would call them in the morning. It was at this time, my luck had changed. Jim called me back, even though I didn't leave a message.

I discussed my problem with the blower motor. When I asked about his availability, he said they were booking appointment for tomorrow between 3-5pm. He asked me where I lived and it turns out he was on a service call just down the street. Without having to call the office to schedule an appointment, he agreed to stop on by. Keep in mind...this was at 10:30pm!!! Jim entered the house, introduced himself and began trouble shooting right away. He thoroughly explained the components of the furnace and explained what he thought was the problem. He removed the capacitor and replaced it with a new one. Right away, the furnace blower motor started working properly. He physically checked the furnace...made sure the tubing was getting hot and cold. He made sure the AC unit was cycling properly. He went around the side of the house and checked the pressure at the compressor. And to top things off, he used a flair temperature gun to measure the air temp of the air coming out of the vents. He was VERY thorough and professional. Exactly what I was looking for from a person who has 20+ years in the business.

Jim was both kind and professional. He came in with a game plan and executed it perfectly. I am forever thankful. If you have any HVAC needs....Call Jim at Leipart Heating and Cooling!!! You can rest easy knowing you will be taken care of. Thank you Jim...I really appreciate your quick response and honesty regarding my repair. I will definitely be calling them again for my HVAC and Plumbing needs in the future.

Great experience! Called Jim while he was attending his son's baseball game. He answered every question I had and we agreed to send out a tech between 8-8:30pm that night.
Brent came out at 8:15pm and couldn't have been nicer or more informative. He knew his stuff and was an education for me. He was quick, clean and by the end I had cold air again for my family.
No hidden costs and no sales pitch to scare me in doing more than I needed.
Will only use them going forward...

Our air conditioning went out on the first hot day of the summer and Jim and his team were able to come by and replace it the very next day. But that's not the best thing about Leipart - it's their fantastic customer service and ease of getting ahold of them. Jim is very knowledgeable and extremely patient with answering all questions you may have before, during and after the work is completed.
I'd highly recommend Leipart to anyone who needs any HVAC work done.
