Jim, the Owner is the top authority in property maintenance for the Tri-Cities with extensive industry knowledge. In operation since 1994, Jim and his wife, Teri, have established a reputable presence in the community. Leinbach Services has supported many community businesses and residences with their plumbing issues. Currently, the company has 12 dedicated employees, seven service vehicles, and is available all day, every day, even during holidays.
Together, Teri, Jim, and Leinbach Services Inc. have established a solid foundation in the area.

Besides Leinbach Services Inc., in the year 2009, Jim co-founded the TNVA BusAlliance Kingsport, a networking group aimed at enhancing revenue growth across multiple service fields through digital marketing.

Jim serves as a participant of three area Chambers in: Bristol Chamber (2008), Lead Bristol Class 2008-09, Board of Directors 2010 Johnson City Chamber (1997), Kingsport Chamber (2004).

As an organization, Leinbach Services Inc. is a affiliate of the BNI network in Johnson City (2003), Kingsport BNI (2005), and Bristol (2010). Jim has served as President and served two terms as.
