Jim, the Owner is the leading specialist in building upkeep for the Tri-Cities with decades of expertise. Established in 1994, Jim and his spouse, Teri, have established a solid foundation in the local business sector. Leinbach Services has assisted many community businesses and residences with their HVAC issues. Today, the company has 12 staff members, seven operational vans, and is ready to serve around the clock, including holidays.
Together, Teri, Jim, and Leinbach Services Inc. have built a solid foundation in the community.

Besides Leinbach Services Inc., in 2009, Jim was a founding member of the TNVA BusAlliance Kingsport, a business networking alliance aimed at enhancing profitability across different industries through internet promotion.

Jim actively participates as a participant of three area Chambers in: Bristol (2008), Lead Bristol Class of 2008-09, Johnson City Chamber Board Member since 1997, Kingsport Chamber since 2004.

As an organization, Leinbach Services Inc. is a member of the BNI chapters in Johnson City BNI (2003), Kingsport since 2005, and Bristol since 2010. Jim is a former Past President and held two terms as.

Teri runs a Country Décor display in Kingsport, TN and collaborates with Country at Heart in Johnson City.
