Jamie Z.After my Wife's Grandmother's toilet tank cracked and spilled everywhere early on a Saturday morning Stephen came out on a Saturday to install two new toilets.
He was courteous, quick, did excellent work and was even nice enough to have a look at the air conditioner when grandma mentioned she was worried about it.
Considering the Saturday callout, the proce was fair. We were happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call again.
Sarah D.I'd like to think this is a good company and we just had a BAD experience...ALWAYS get a second quote. Leinbach's technician came out a few days ago and ended up quoting us over $950 to replace a pressure switch. The technician ACTUALLY said ""It's probably not even worth the cost of the repair, you might want to look into purchasing a new system from us"" (Our unit is only 5.5 years old). Another company came by yesterday, and yes, it is the pressure switch. They fixed it today for less than $300. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Leinbach.
I am pleased with my interactions with Jim Leinbach. I have utilized his company's services for three separate HVAC systems in my homes and I have found him and his team to be very responsive and courteous. They have worked long hours to fix the with my systems and have taken care of everything in a very timely manner.

When you get them out to the house, they do a great job. But scheduling them and actually getting someone out to the house is a pain. I called first thing on a Monday morning and was told someone would be out Thursday. I had to call back Thursday afternoon, and i found out that the tech would be held up. If i knew this would happen i would have called around to other places and had someone come out earlier. Now I won't be able to get anyone out to the house until next week, which will mean no bathroom or heat downstairs for another 5 days minimum.
There was another instance where i was informed someone would be out to my house first thing in the AM on a specific day. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours past the expected time, i called in and was informed i was not set to be first stop.
I have no issues with dispatch, or the techs. They are all very professional. But the scheduling could use improvement. I would not be this frustrated, but the company motto is ""we take the wait out of service"", and i've been forced to reschedule multiple times.
Jim H.Just had them out to repair a shop light. From initial call to completion it was painless. Found the office very helpful and accommodating in setting up the appointment and the technician was efficient and very proffesional.
The salesman was very knowlegable of the business and products, helped us pick out a unit to meet our needs. The new unit was installed on schedule in one day. The new install looks very good, runs nice and quiet. The installers were very professional, worked right through lunch to get the job done.
Beware: fraudulent company. Leinbach charges a service call charge without telling you. I called Leinbach about a plumbing issue, and said they would send someone out. They did NOT tell me that it would cost $89. When they did send someone, this person wasn't a plumber, did not actually give us a quote, and left telling us what we already knew (that we had a busted water line). After he physically intimidated me into writing a check, I called the company to report it and tell them I planned to stop payment on the check. They continued to make physical and legal threats. My advice is to find another good, reputable company in the area. There are many other good ones - go elsewhere!
This is a shady company. Ben is the worst manager ever. Claims he will resolve issues but never returns calls. How can this be the person you want to represent your company. As far as the work.....terrible. They caused much bigger issues than what they were supposed to fix. Cost me a lot of money else where. And the reason I went else where for the big job......thousands less! What a ripoff!
Highly recommended! Very professional and courteous, plus they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.
