Owner Jim Leinbach is the premier expert in facility management for the Tri-Cities with extensive industry knowledge. Since 1994, Jim and his spouse, Teri, have built a strong base in the community. Leinbach Services has helped many community businesses and households with their electrical issues. Today, the company has 12 dedicated employees, seven operational vans, and is available all day, every day, even on holidays.
Together, Teri, Jim, and Leinbach Services Inc. have created a reputable presence in the community.
Besides Leinbach Services Inc., in 2009, Jim helped establish the TNVA BusAlliance Kingsport, a collaborative network aimed at increasing revenue growth across various service sectors through internet promotion.
Jim is involved as a active member of three area Chambers in: Bristol (2008), Lead Bristol Class 2008-09, Johnson City Chamber Board Member since 1997, Kingsport Chamber Member (2004).
As an organization, Leinbach Services Inc. is a participant of the Business Networking International (BNI) in Johnson City since 2003, Kingsport since 2005, and Bristol (2010). Jim has served as President and was Secretary/Treasurer for two terms.
NFIB member since 2009 and Leadership Counc.
Teri runs a Country Décor booth in Kingsport and works alongside Country at Heart in Johnson City area.

I am more than satisfied with the level of service I received. I will definitely use Leinbach services again. The technician, T.J. laney, Really made an effort to explain the repairs and took the time to answer all of my questions.
I called Leinbach with a hot water problem. The repairman called back promptly and discussed the issue of line freezing due to extreme temperatures. After reviewing the problem over the phone, he told me that as long as there was no leaking line, there was little that he could do. (When I told him I had a new PEK (?) piping, he explained that it is designed not to rupture if it freezes). He saved me a call and a needless charge due to his professional approach.
