Jim, the Owner is the premier expert in building upkeep for the Bristol area with extensive industry knowledge. Since 1994, Jim and his partner, Teri, have established a strong base in the local business sector. Leinbach Services has supported hundreds of area companies and households with their plumbing needs. Today, the company has 12 dedicated employees, seven work vans, and is ready to serve around the clock, including holidays.
Together, Teri, Jim, and Leinbach Services Inc. have created a strong base in the local business sector.

Apart from Leinbach Services Inc., in 09, Jim co-founded the TNVA BusAlliance Kingsport, a collaborative network aimed at boosting business revenue across various service sectors through online marketing.

Jim serves as a participant of three area Chambers in: Bristol (2008), Bristol Leadership Class 2008-09, Johnson City Chamber Board Member since 1997, Kingsport Chamber Member (2004).

As an organization, Leinbach Services Inc. is a participant of the Business Networking International (BNI) in Johnson City BNI (2003), Kingsport BNI (2005), and Bristol BNI (2010). Jim has served as President and was Secretary/Treasurer for two terms.

Member of NFIB since 2009 and Leadership Council.

Teri also manages a booth for Country Décor in the Kingsport area and partners with Country at Heart in Johnson City.
