After much consideration, I regret to admit that I should have trusted the BBB and other BAD online reviews. My real estate agent encouraged me, saying, ""He is a solid guy,"" and because I live in a small town, I decided to trust him and his business. I hate to say it, but I have been quite unhappy with the quality customer service that was provided by the owner and the company. I am astounded that he is still in business today. I do not recommend him and discourage anyone from hiring him; please examine his BBB scores and other negative reviews online.

I've tried calling the number shown but it just rings and rings. Nobody answers and can't leave a message. Have tried to have them come to do a wellness check on our system but they said they only have one guy that does that and he will get to it when he gets to it. Haven't heard anything since.

I would not recommend Lehr Heating and Plumbing. They were paid promptly for their work, but would not stand behind their workmanship. We had several problems such as installation of non-standard venting, sewer gas back-up, and flooding in the basement.
They scheduled appointments that they didnt show up for and never bothered to call to cancel or explain why. They complained that they were too busy and told us they were ""self destructing"". But ironically, they weren't too busy to send out bills for charges to correct their poor workmanship.
FYI other contractors who saw their work commented that whoever did the work was either lazy or didnt know what they were doing.
